CJ's plumbing is an outstanding contractor. From the office team to the field technicians they are all professionals and extremely well versed in plumbing and heating. They did a variety of plumbing repairs for us that were perfect. They also replaced our boiler. No easy task for certain. The new boiler had a manufacturing defect and The CJs team was all over it to get it replaced. They stood up for their customer and had the manufacturer approve a replacement. This all happened within 24 hours. Communicating to us every step of the way. Simply put, they are customer satisfaction driven. During a recent cold snap, my furnace (which is more than 40 years old!) gave out and we had no heat. I contacted CJ's, and spoke with Eliza, who was so understanding of the urgency that she sent her husband, Chris, to come to my home and assess the problem. Unfortunately, with such an old burner, Chris had no way to get the parts needed to repair the motor; I needed a new unit. So we planned for the new one, which Chris immediately ordered and picked up on that Friday. First thing Monday morning, Chris and his crew were there; they removed the old burner and put in the new system with all the latest parts and equipment, it looks so clean! And works so well! The crew then spent time cleaning my basement of debris, dust and small parts. I am so satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend CJ's Plumbing for any issues!

The wife who manages all calls is difficult and gives you the run around for service requests, we played tag for about 2 months to get a follow up appointment they recommended with my the new boiler installation. When she finally gave me a time and day (not guaranteed) she said they wanted to charge $375 for the follow up, don't recall them saying it would be that much for a check up on a new boiler that cost me $7400.! What could go wrong? It should make it through the first winter if the job was done correctly no? Not even a year old needs servicing, come home to no hot water, heats not keeping up with the thermostats, gave her a call to get ""I'll call you back"" she didn't, I'm just finding another plumbing company, it's not worth the aggravation of trying to get appointments made for simple service, and now maintenance. Feels like she makes decisions she's not qualified to make. Really terrible customer service.

Great company to do business With. They installed a gas line for my oven and a tankless water heater. Absolutely no complaints. I was comfortable enough to leave me key with then as I was unable to be at home. I will definitely use them again.

One star because zero isn't an option. The unprofessional attitude and communication is the reason for this review we were quoted a price for the job and were invoiced over quote when we asked for an explanation we just got the run around and never a true explanation. I do not recommend, not a company of their word and not willing to provide explanation for any price changes. Told me he installed a certain toilet when I went to look at was not the one he said he was going to install the only explanation was they didn't have it.

Came home from long vacation to a broken boiler. Called emergency plumbers who told me 3 to 4 days to get a quote 2 or 3 weeks to put new unit in. Once I found CJs i was all set. They came out same day quoted a great price and were here the following morning with a new unit installed that day. We have a 95yr old in the house and they went above and beyond and made her a priority. Professional and courteous from the office to the boiler room door. Replaced my grandmothers thermostat to one she is more comfortable operating and installed a new kitchen faucet as well to vastly improve her water pressure. Provided everything i needed to recieve my rebate from national grid as well and followed up to make sure everything is working well. I highly recommend using this local family operated company

I used CJ's 3 times over a short course of time. First, they installed a new furnace and AC unit near the beginning of the year. Initially seemed to go fine. When it got hot, the AC started short cycling. Brand new AC unit and I'm dealing with 90 deg in my place for the weekend. Called the emergency line and the owner directly. He never returned my call. Didn't care. Come to find out, they lost their only AC guy. After several no show appointments, they send someone else who is clearly pissed that its not his job. Says its fixed. Worked for two days before it breaks again. Now another long, hot weekend before he comes to fix it. Then realize they never put a filter slot in the duct work. Need another guy to do that. Numerous missed appts, then the he does a shotty job. Now I need a filter size that doesn't exist. Before the problems with the AC, I asked them to fix two plumbing problems. The first was a simple busted elbow, accessible in the garage. Fixed fine. The second was a bad valve. After an excessive period of time, they get a new valve. Its the wrong valve, but still want to charge me their full rate for their time. They order a new valve and install it but now it leaks. They come back out. Can't fix the leak without taking the whole wall apart. Charge me again at a crazy rate. I complain. They offer to take 10% off of a bill that is twice as high as it should be and 10% off my next plumbing job. They can't seem to solve the the current problem. Why would I give them a new one? I say no thanks. I look at myself and fix the leak without taking the wall apart.

The ladies at the office are a little rough but want to do a good job. I never heard from the owner and apparent master plumber through any of this. Not sure how they treat their people, but they don't seem to be able to keep reliable help. Unfortunately they want to charge you like they have the best people in the business.

I had a complete heating replacement and conversion. These guys were very reasonably priced and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism and great attitude these guys had. The office was very communicative and kept me posted at every stage. Great job, great price. They now have a new customer for anything else I need done.
