CJ's deserves a 10 star review. If you need a plumber who is honest and dependable please call CJ's. Whether it is an immediate need or not, this family owned and operated business will not only provide excellent service but they are honest, fair, and so very kind. Chris came initially to our house to assess our oil tank meter that had broken. After calling several plumbers for estimates who wanted anywhere from over $500 to $1000 to come and cut pipes from the outside to remove the broken valve, Chris came and popped a new meter right on the side of the broken one and charged a very small fee of $190 including labor and time. In this SAME SERVICE CALL, he also looked at our showers in 2 bathrooms because we are always running out of hot water. He took time in each bathroom to actually pull fixtures apart to investigate the problem. He explained that the problem was not with our showers but with our furnace which is not big enough to service a home with a family of 5. In addition to this our shower cartridge and sink faucet handles were very difficult to turn. Chris explained that they were old and in need of replacement and told us to call the manufacturer because we could get the parts for FREE! He could have ordered new parts himself and charged us more money but he did not. This was all in initial service for $190. We called manufacturer, got the parts for free and had him come back to install, again at a very small service fee of about $200. He even brings and changes into his slippers so he won't track mud through your house with his boots and will talk to your little one while he works. Love Him! His team just came to install the 50 gallon reserve water tank and hooked it up with furnace. Even in the middle of a pandemic they are here for you! They were here for half a day at very reasonable cost. Finally after 5 YEARS, I had a consistent hot shower while singing! CJ's will be back because we are in need of a kitchen remodel and a few other jobs. Chris and his wife Tammy have given us consultation, referrals for services, endless time on the phone and genuine care. They are a Bethel family just like us and I will consider them friends. We will NEVER call anyone but CJ's. Thank you!

We had excellent service from CJ's! Needed a new water line put in for our fridge - they showed up on time and were done within an hour. Will definitely use them again should we have the need.

Average plumbers. Highly overpriced. Proceed with caution. They will charge $120 for 10-minute job EVEN WHEN THEY ARE ALREADY ON-SITE FOR A DIFFERENT PROJECT. Ridiculous. I don't pay a good lawyer that amount. Chris and Tammy will win you over with their aw shucks charm. But Chris doesn't negotiate, is stubbornly self-righteous, has no qualms charging through the nose even at the risk of losing a customer who just paid him $6000 for a master bath. He can't see beyond his rigid business principles which don't allow for common sense. I guess plumbers should be making $1000/day or $250,000/year. Why not?
