These guys are great!!! Our water heater broke in December, flooded our basement and I needed help right away... Chris and Diane were absolutely the best people to get the job done! We needed to replace an old kitchen faucet with a new one that we had purchased so we called CJM Plumbing and they quoted us a flat fee of $250 to install the new faucet. The employee who installed the faucet did a great job and I would give him five stars. But upon completion of the job I wanted to pay but was told that I would receive a bill by email and that they were not very timely at sending bills. I called two times requesting a bill and was told I would be getting something soon and this turned into a 3 month wait. I just received the bill and discovered that I was charged an additional $100 which I was never told there could be an additional labor cost. I called the office and was told that because the faucet was more difficult to access there was an additional Labor fee. I said I I thought that was unfair since I was never told from the beginning there could be an additional cost but I also tried to be fair so I asked if we could split the difference at $50 they would eat $50 and I would pay an additional $50 and I was told by the office staff that they would check with the owner and get back to me and I never heard anything back so I did end up paying the entire bill of $378.44.

Chris showed up after a long day to help us. Our water filter had cracked and required us to shut off the main supply line. We were without water, 90 plus degree day, we needed our water back on as soon as possible. He didn't hesitate, came the same day we called with all supplies needed to get the job done right. He is our go to plumber.

cjm plumbing is amazing! chris solved a plumbing issue that 3 other plumbers couldn't figure out... chris thinks outside of the box and is extremely talented and does tremendous work... when the gentlemen came to install my dishwasher i asked him how long has he been installing dishwashers and he told me for over 30 years... i asked him how he would rate the plumbing work completed and he quickly said ""a 10!"" look no further for an amazing plumber... cjm is the best! and blaire is a sweetheart and got me a beautiful invoice for the great work completed in a very timely fashion... hands down the best plumbing service in cornwall! i highly recommend!
