Carlos is my go to plumber now. Earlier this year our water heater broke leaving us with no warm water for showers! Carlos is always quick to respond, extremely communicative, educational (explains exactly what is wrong in a way we understand lol) and very honest. Today our kitchen sink was clogged and he was in and out, breezy easy peasy! Also, I've compared prices to local competitors and he had the best prices. I'm so happy I don't have to call around anymore, I know exactly who to call when I have any issues.

He came out to diagnosis the source of water leak and found a valve leak behind the shower wall. He explained the repair process and fix the issue quickly. Hearing some strange pitching noise from the wall and thought it was related to refrigerator getting louder. As time goes by notice wetness on surface, then realized there's a leak somewhere. I've read about other customer's satisfaction and trust worthiness with CJ a couple months back, you never know right? Left a message and CJ was promptly return back to my call and he expressed the urgency to stop the leakage and instructed me to shut off the main valve, which I did already to prevent further damage. Make a schedule and he arrived promptly, he took his time and explained in detail once he performed diagnostic and the work required. After a bad experience with a different company, I had to start looking for a new local plumber. Judging from all the positive reviews, I decided to give CJ a chance. You know what? Absolutely, 100% worth it. I didn't need same day service, so made an appointment for the next day. He texted me updates to let me know when he would arrive.
