Another example of poor customer service! Waited over a week for non emergency service and when my 2 hour window came and went I made a call to a thoroughly confused women who claims to have talked with someone earlier who cancelled the job. Uh, guess you spoke with someone else because I never received a call. When I tried to reschedule they told me I would need to wait another week and they could not give me a specific date or time. Thanks for all your help! Don't waste your time or energy use another company!

My shower upstairs didn't have water pressure. One of their plumbers said he was 100% sure I needed to replace the water heater so I replaced it myself. Issue not solved. Another one of their plumbers comes and then says it's the hot water stem so I replaced that, problem persists. I ask for someone who knows what they're talking about to come so they send the owner, who says it's the valve stem and quotes me $400 because they have to solder. I take a look after he leaves and it's a simple valve that twists out with a socket wrench. Lied right to my face! I hate this company. They are the plumbers you are scared are out to lie to you and rip you off, especially the owner. Stay away.

Excellent service - Tim and Vicki in the office are super nice, kind and responsive. Two workers who came to do different jobs at different times were Mike and Gus. They were friendly, efficient and professional. Prices are very fair and I will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs!

Needed water lines re-ran for my house. Was given free and reasonable estimate and work was completed on time. Workers are very friendly and professional. Easy to get a hold of and very good communication on each step of the process. Will gladly use CJ plumbing again.

its 7:40 pm on a sunday and we're on the offramp to ewa beach. The CJs plumbing truck in front of us license plate 356TTT was driving WAY too close to the car in front off it and swerving all over the road like he is drunk. Then he cut to the left lane almost running another car off the road... i was terrified he was gunna hit us! I sure hope CJ finds out this guy is driving all around making tons of people commit their name to memory as the place they will never call when they need a plumber!

CJ installed a part that was bought from a local store. Part broke after a couple months. On short notice, CJ owner drove out after completing a job in town and after hours. He stayed until it was fixed. No charge for parts or labor. Thanks for restoring water to our house.
