I've gone through a lot of plumbers in my years in Chicago, it's not easy to find good one who is responsive, fair, does quality work, and is actually really nice too. Dimitri at CJ checks all the boxes, and Lenny, who came out to do the work has been here a few times and is always terrific. Highly recommended, and I don't Give recommendations lightly!

I was dealing with a terrible sink plumbing issue, and I had Dmitry call me up right away with the diagnosis, price, and plan the same day. He was very flexible with scheduling, and he didn't try to upsell me with materials we didn't need. I forget the name of the plumber who came to fix the pipe, but he also was very professional and was a hard worker. He also left our bathroom very clean and closed up the wall when he was finished. I'd highly recommend them for the job they did.

I can't recommend CJ Plumbing enough. Our water heater failed in winter. I decided to try a new company and I called CJ Plumbing at 7am and Dmitry sent out Lenny by 12:30 that same day with a new water heater. They had the old one hauled out, new one installed, and tidied up by 2:30pm. Dmitry was very informative and the price was very fair. His crew was punctual and professional. I will be calling back with all my plumbing needs from now on.

CJ Plumbing came through for us quickly and perfectly, even over a weekend leading up to the Winter Holdays. We had an awful burning plastic smell start coming through our house and wondered if it could be the furnace or something plumbing-related. We found them through a search and called on a Sunday. We spoke in-person to Dmitry and got service set up the following Monday.

Lenny was our plumber, and he quickly diagnosed our issue as a failing sewer ejector pump. He had all of the materials ready to go on his truck at a reasonable price and was able to do the job in only two hours. He also helped out with improving the shower flow in our main bathroom and replacing the batteries on our sump pump backup generator.

I know a lot of people are going to balk at a labor rate of $275/hr, but CJ Plumbing was incredibly responsive and efficient. Also, the whole cliche of ""you can pay now or pay even more later."" We'll definitely reach out to them first with any issues in the future.
