When called I received a very rude hello.......I said I was looking to reach Cj plumbing well I can help with that literally the rudest first few moments. I felt like I bothered them apparently it is the wife of the owner which makes her owner 2 one would assume. Completely disrespectful no other number is listed and if you can't treat someone calling with respect I'm sure business practices are worse. Jesus worst experience of my life ever on the phone with a business whoever CJ is maybe an answering service or receptionist would help your business!! At this point never would do business here ever!!

I had a tough time finding a plumbing company to replace a sewer main line (from house basement to street T). CJ gave me the best bid ($3k), got the permits, had the backhoe, removed the bricks from the sidewalk and put them back, etc. Concrete wall was repaired in the basement afterward and all has worked well for a year, no leaks or any issues.

The crew of three guys was nice and personable but I can talk like a construction dude when I need to.

CJ Plumbing sent a crew to work on a house near me on a Saturday. The crew parked in a clearly marked no parking zone, blocking my garage access. When asked to move, they instead moved in more equipment and blocked the entire alley, even though doing so is illegal. They set up a backhoe, a gravel truck and a supply truck. Three crew members told me to ""Call Corey"" if I had a problem with them. 7 calls later neither Corey nor Sara answered. They crew finally left, but left the alley a mess and moved the city-owned recycling dumpsters so that no recycling can be picked up. In other words, they generated a health hazard that had not existed before, left the site unsightly, and couldn't connect me to their boss, whose responsibility this all was. I would have been happy with pre-job neighbor liaising. They did none of this, were rude, and unhelpful. The fact that I can't recycle now, and the dumpsters will attract trash and scavenger animals makes my home less livable. Thanks CJ Plumbing for being a bad contractor, bad neighbor, and poor service provider.

Very pleased with them in every aspect. They even worked around nonprofessional (me) carpenters and gave us guidance as we worked around the worksite. Have recommended them too many friends.

Poor customer service. One of the worst that I have had the displeasure of associating with. He installed the plumbing for our new build. In a year, we've had multiple failures and I've had to hire another contractor to fix his mistakes. There are two types of contractors: those who will stand behind their workmanship and those who blame others for their mistakes. CJ is a company who points the finger and also has an excuse. Please beware on the quality of work that you will receive; there is a poor customer service behind the scenes of these bids.

We hired CJ Plumbing for a sewer line replacement, and we couldn't be more pleased. A collapsed sewer line required 10 to 12 foot hole in our yard. They took care of all the permits and insurances. They went above and beyond in protecting a lot of decorative iron fencing and stone retaining walls. Corey and Bob were very patient and thorough in explaining what was necessary for the job, and they delivered on all counts. We highly recommend CJ Plumbing.
