I called Charlie to fix my leaking backed up sink. He answered my call in a few hours and worked around my schedule to get me a day to fix the problem. He told me he would come between 830am and 930am. He arrived at 915am. He was polite and professional. He worked diligently to fix my kitchen sink. I was very happy with the work he did and his pricing was very reasonable compared to the other Dedham plumbers i contacted. I will defiantly be using his services again when needed.

Always top customer service and reasonable prices. I have had Charlie come to our home on three different occasions over the past year and a half. The first two times was to fix problems created by another plumber. The last time was to install two faucet replacements and install a new garbage disposal. On the day of the appointment, Charlie actually showed up early, got his stuff ready and was ringing the door bell right on time.
