They are responsive and will be there as soon as possible! They are a few dollars more than other companies but they will save you money down the line because they are an honest company! When I called to get pricing the man on the phone said it's an additional $450 to locate the cesspool but I can go to the city and get the blueprints to locate it.

So I did, but when Jason Legwillo came to our house he had trouble finding it (blueprints were 70 years old and illegible) he said the first 30 minutes to look for the cesspool are free and he tried very hard to find it. He did find it within the 30 minutes to help me. He was kind, professional and put the grass back as if no one dogged it up.

I highly recommend this company they are the only ones I had a positive experience with!!!! Thank you Jason and citywide.

Our main sewer line clogged in AM. Called CWP who I have used several times before and as always been happy with the serviceman and the result. They were there in a couple of hours and did the job quickly and cleanly. Hopefully won't need them again anytime soon.

I had an overflowing clogged toilet situation. I tried everything to unclog it myself, even snaking it. Called CityWide in the morning and they sent someone in the afternoon around my availability. Brian showed up exactly on time with a really friendly attitude. Brian provided me with prices prior to performing any work and assured me if it didn't fix the issue i wouldn't be charged. He even was very friendly and made conversation with my two little boys. I would highly recommend CityWide Plumbing after my experience. Fair prices, prompt service and they fixed the clog.

Gary did a professional and wonderful job and they absolutely do arrive quickly which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, the follow up Technician had me pay cash, provided varying estimates again and again for a sleeve and then spoke down to my wife and I when we told him we need to discuss the quote. Unprofessional and out of line. I just called their office for footage of the camera scope
He did as well as a receipt for what I paid him today and neither was provided. Would very much like to speak to someone about this experience.

The plumber was 2 hours late, and the rates were unbelievably high. For less than 5 minutes of work, I was out $300. I would recommend looking for anywhere else to do your work.

Unfortunately, we have had to use them several times. A couple times in a rental, and a few times at our new house. If you are ankle deep in stuff you don't want to be standing in, they will be there in a hurry day or night. They found the cesspools in our rental and cleaned out some pretty old and gross drains. They found the cesspool in our new house without needing a back hoe and helped fix a leaky toilet without charging me. They snaked our sewer pipe and came back again at no charge when it clogged again. We have had plumbing drama and they have fixed us right up. They always answer the phone and send someone out within the hour or a few hours. They are friendly and professional. I just wish they were cheaper since we have had to call them so often, but I'm paying for a professional service. I think it's the amateurs that got us in trouble to begin with.
