I use Citywide each year to empty my cesspool. They arrive on time. The driver is very knowledgeable and efficient. I have Citywide use chemicals after the cesspool has been emptied; and the driver is very careful not to damage my property.

I'm waiting five hours for a manager to call me back about my cesspool (Was promised 30 minutes or so). I'm surprised at the reviews on here because on our local site there is nothing but experiences like mine. They came 2 1/2 weeks ago to empty the cesspool, today when it was opened it was completely full to the top, saw it with my own eyes. Was told if I wanted them to come back out today I have to pay them again. Then to wait for a manager. I'm still waiting.

If it wasn't for Citywide I would of been ripped off by two other cesspool companies saying I needed to replace my tank. Citywide came in and saved the day. The one tank was the Ocer flow and I one serviced the main tank in who know how long. Past owner put a driveway over it! Citywide came in and found it and gave me access 10 years ago and all has been good since!

Despite my initial disappointment, CityWide turned things around after I posted my prior review. I heard from Chris, the manager, who promptly arranged to send a technician. The technician, Peter, arrived on time and was a real professional, letting me know what needed to be done and why and, just as important, what didn't need to be done. He was transparent about pricing (which I found reasonable), did a careful and thorough job, and left the job site clean when he was finished. He also give some good advice on how to keep the drains clear going forward. I'm glad that things worked out in the end, and I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again.

we thought our washing machine was backing up but then realized it was the drain pipe that the washing machine ran into. We called CityWide and they were able to send someone later that day. The person was great, walked us through what he was going to do, the price to do it and stayed until we were sure everything had been resolved. He did a great job! Thanks!

We have used many plumbers over the years, but the CityWide plumbing service is the best. They come right away, have the parts that are needed, and quickly solve the problem. We had been using them for years to maintain the septic system, and finally tried them for a plumbing problem, and have now said good-bye to the previous plumber.
