Ruth M.Thank you Peter for you attention and concern for our drainage problem and for sending Pimento to remedy it!! Your company and representative technician pimento was what they call , ""the man for the job!"" As stated by satisfied customers on city wide website, my son and I can only affirm to be the most professional and efficient work conducted during our service call of clearing a clog in our drainage system. And as he cleaned up, leaving our residence the same as he came into, gave us advice as to prevent this from happening again! Thank you city wide for your optimum service in our area and for being the company we can truly count on!
They came 6 hours after appointment time. Didn't bother to call and weren't even nice about it.
I used this company for replacing the sewer line to my home.
They were fast, professional and very reasonably priced. We needed this job done as an emergency repair so they were very quick as well. During the job some other piece broke and of course the job couldn't be fixed without it, but they were fair and honest and did not gouge us for a ridiculous amount of money.
Marty and his men were the best, hopefully I won't need any more of their services but if I do I know I can count on them.
Thank you.
Excellent and prompt service. They were here on time and did exactly what they said they would do. Their prices were extremely competitive. It was a large job, our waste pipe had a break in it and was clogged with roots, our lawn was dug up along the pipe line area along with 2 pieces of cement. They put the cement back without breaking it and put the dirt and lawn back with the exception of the area that was dug out. You will not be disappointed with this company. Extremely professional and very happy with the work that was done.
Rare to leave comment but I m so and , Super bad service, they will tell you they can't do this and that and need extra charges for doing pump out , they charged me more than $1000 to find my pool and pump out and said I need to $1700 extra to do another pool. I feel like rip off . They always can find reasons to charge u extra
I just had the worst experience with this company. On 07/03/18 I met with Tyrone Hardy at a commercial building that I own. I met with him to get a price on cleaning out the storm drain in the parking lot. Mr Hardy explained to me that they would need to first pump the water out of the drain and then they could clean out the drain. We scheduled the appointment to have all this taken care of today 07/05/2018 at 1:00 PM. I arrived at the commercial building at 12:50 and a truck from Citywide arrived shortly after that. When I spoke with the driver he asked to see the drain that he was going to clean. When he looked at the drain he informed me that the water would first need to be pumped out before he clean the drain. I advised him that Mr Hardy did tell me about this and that I was ok with him doing this. He then informed me that his truck could only clean the drain and it could not pump the water out. He then called the office and advised me that they were sending a truck that could pump the water and that he was on his way. I waited for an our and this other truck did not arrive. I called Mr Hardy and I asked him if he knew what was going on and that I was frustrated that I now had been waiting for an hour to get this resolved. He then said let me make some calls and see what is going on. 15 minutes later I called him back and he said that the guy was on his way and should be there in 30 minutes. At this time I told him that I waned to cancel my appointment as I was frustrated that I had now been waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes and that this was unacceptable. I found Mr Hardy and Citywide Sewer and Drain to be a very unprofessional company that doesn't seem to care about wasting their paying customers time.
Pam K.Don't bother! After setting up an appointment 3 weeks in advance and confirming 2 days beforehand, on the day of our appointment this company informed us they would not be showing up. Apparently they decided the job was not big enough or too complicated -- they didn't really say why they were cancelling even though they acknowledged they had confirmed just days earlier and knew we had taken a day off from work in expectation of their coming. Basically ""yeah, sorry not sorry!""
Long overdue Shout out to this company which really stepped up in a pinch for a first time (but not last time) customer. It was the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I went to do the laundry, which is in the basement, and I realized there was sewage coming up from the slop sink. I called a number of companies that I used before, and none could accommodate an emergency. I reached a live person (Michael) who said he would have someone there within the hour. Well it was little more than an hour - closer to 3 (which is why they don't have 5 stars) but Matt came, and stayed for at good 4 hours, snaking out all the lines until the clogs (which turned out to be in the pipes running beneath my basement floor, among others) were cleared. This involved also changing the valves on the main because they were original and rusted shut. He was neat, clean, polite, and very knowledgeable. And they didn't surcharge for a holiday weekend. Thank you so very much!
Ann S.We just had this wonderful polite repair guy name Charles working in our house on a shower issue ..highly recommend this company ..we never yet had a bad experience ..every time they try their hardest ..thank you guys
Lou S.We had been steady and loyal customers for several years with no problems until this incident. On New Years Day, our cesspool backed up. I called them for service, only to discover that, without any notice or warning, they flagged us to no longer provide service, and when I asked for a reason, they refused to provide one. They left us with a backed up cesspool on New Years Day with nowhere to turn. We eventually found another provider who, during the course of the service, found a larger main cesspool that Citywide somehow missed. These people are incompetent and irresponsible and should be avoided at all costs.
