Great service from Ryan!
I needed to have my main water shut off valve replaced with a lever valve (125 year old house) and Ryan did so at a competitive price. He kept in contact with me via text message prior to the appointment and even though my curb service valve could not be shut off by the city due to malfunction, Ryan was able to get the interior job done despite the change of plans. I am very happy with his work and he is frequently recommended on our neighborhood Facebook Minneapolis Old House group. I had several contractors that never bothered to answer my calls, online request for appointments or emails. (Only one other company came out and gave me an estimate at a slightly higher cost but only warranted their workmanship for 60 days. A better guarantee and obscure premium bonus services would have cost $1000 more - Uptown Plumbing and Heating)

We had Ryan from Citywide Plumbing install a new water heater and a new kitchen faucet. He did great work for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely use him again for any future plumbing work.

Saved our Christmas!! Our water heater went out on 12/23 and Ryan showed up within an hour of us calling him. He replaced the water heater, hauled away the old one, and cleaned everything up before he left. He was incredibly profession and I would recommend him to anyone!

Can't rate this plumber high enough. Not the first time that I have used them and definitely will not be the last! Ryan is highly professional, efficient and effective. I had multiple issues and he was able to respond immediately and solve all of the problems within a very short turn around time. Would definitely recommend using this plumber!!
