These guys are amazing. Not only are they punctual and professional, they respond so fast. They didn't have all the parts to fix my leaky shower handle the first time so they did a temporary fix and came back to fix it with the new parts. The new parts was only a few dollars and they didn't even charge me for them or for coming back the 2nd time. Amazing! This company is my go to company from now on for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Had to replace our kitchen facet. Tung came early and help replaced our facet. It seemed like an easy job however the water lines were different size. Tung had to buy adapters for the water line. It took a little over an hour for the job and he help answer a few questions for me about the bathroom line. Thanks again Tung! :)

Johnny showed up on time and installed a new kitchen faucet for me.
He also located and repaired a slow leak I had noticed but hadn't been able to fix under the sink. He was very polite and pleasant to work with.

We live in the city and just finished our renovation. I called many plumbers to get quotes and Johnny is by far the most reliable, dependable, and trustworthy plumber out there. He is very responsive, helpful, reasonably priced, does excellent work, and is super nice. He even went to the supply store several times to look for a better-looking shower head for me in one of the bathrooms. I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done (plumbing work for kitchen and 3 bathrooms), and not only was he able to get the job done quickly and efficiently, but he was able to get the permit and inspection done for me within a week!

Johnny did all of the following for me:
- Changed all the water shut-off valves for the kitchen and 3 bathrooms (faucets and toilets)
- Removed and installed 3 Toto Legato one piece toilets (I had other plumbers tell me they couldn't install these)
- Installed 3 bathroom faucets
- Installed 3 shower fixtures for me
- Installed 2 vanities for me and mirrors
- Changed the drain and piping for me in our tub to shower conversion in the master (not an easy job)
- Installed a new kitchen faucet
- Installed a cold/hot water dispenser for me
- Changed the garbage disposal

He did all of that work in a day and a half and did an excellent job. I had a minor problem with the garbage disposal a month later (bad unit), and he came within a couple of days and replaced the faulty unit for me. He is the best plumber out there and I will definitely keep him on speed dial for all of my plumbing needs.

Before I began a complete remodel of a house in Colma, I interviewed a number of plumbers. Johnny T, as he is called, stood out, head and shoulders above the rest. Johnny is a true professional. I felt very comfortable giving him a key to the house knowing he was responsible and trustworthy. He has a very positive, can do attitude which is extremely important when remodeling a house from the 1950's. Johnny did a wonderful job. We called Citywide Plumbing to help us install an under the counter reverse osmosis filtration system. Johnny quoted us a very reasonable price and was able to glean from photos whether he would be able to install the RO filter - HUGE time saver. Some companies wanted to charge just to come out and take a peek under the sink.
Johnny arrived promptly and was able to install the reverse osmosis under counter water filter in less than 2 hours. He was clean, efficient and able to trouble shoot our lack of space seamlessly.

Johnny is the friendliest plumber we ever dealt with. He's very professional, has reasonable rates, provides excellent service and is very clean when doing his job. Excellent service! Johnny was fast, professional and came out first thing in the morning. We had a clogged tub and water wasn't draining, Johnny had it fixed in 15 minutes. Price was very reasonable and even less than other plumbers in the area. Would highly recommend him and will be using him again if we have any other plumbing issues. Hopefully not though! I feel like I found my personal plumber! lol Johnny is very helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. We had a leak from our toilet and he came out quickly to give us a free estimate. After some time of lagging on my part, I finally contacted him to do the work. He did an awesome job fixing the leak, and guess what, I paid 1/3 of the price he originally quoted me for. I also had him check the other leaks in the bathroom and he happily helped me.

I am now texting (and bugging) him about replacing my old tub/shower fixtures. Glad to have found a reliable plumber I can trust. I highly recommend him!
