We needed to replace the faucet in the tub. The switch from tub to shower head suddenly stopped working. Citywide was available on same day, came within first half hour of 2 hour window & efficiently fixed the problem. Johnny was friendly, professional & had a matching faucet in his truck. Great work! Setup online appt for my tenant for a clogged sink and drain. Quote within 15 mins and appt a day later. Showed up on-time, sent videos of water flowing through drains. Sent text link with the invoice and payment. Whole process was super easy especially for landlords!!

My wife was concerned about a vibrating noise when running the lawn sprinklers so I finally called Citywide Plumbing (they had done excellent work for us previously). Jonny came right at the appointment time stepping into shoe coverings before entering the house. Even though he doesn't usually handle sprinkler systems, he promptly diagnosed and remedied the problem. He asked if we had any other needs so I told him about a toilet flush handle repair I DYI'ed about a year ago that never was quite right. He took a look and offered several options, including replacing the unit with parts he carried in his truck. I gave him the ""green light"" and he took care of that in ten minutes or less. I haven't gotten the bill yet (coming by email) but I'm very happy with the work and the process. Jonny is friendly, low-key, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely call Citywide for future plumbing needs and recommend Jonny without reservation.

I found my plumber go-to guy, Johnny. Johnny installed a Moen water monitor/shutoff system at my house (home insurance requires it). Johnny is efficient, prompt, does great work and charged a reasonable price. Johnny explains every step so you know what is going on so no surprises later. Thumbs up for Johnny/Citywide.

Had a leak from under my sink. It turned out that a pipe had simply come a loose. Johnny, who was very pleasant from the start, came out, showed me the loose pipe, and reattached it for no charge since there was nothing else to do. He also took a look at my slow flushing toilet and recommended that I don't spend the money on the parts for my old toilet due to the cost. He suggested that I wait and consider replacing that old toilet with a new one, eventually. Gonna take that advice, and I greatly appreciate the kindness and sincerity. I will definitely call again for my next plumbing job and/or appliance replacement. Highly recommend!
