Had a toilet clog,called citywide,within 45 minutes a tech arrived,he snaked out the clog everything ok,fee was reasonable. They did a clog in my main line to the street sewers a few years ago, very responsive,and professional in their work.

I had an emergency plumbing issue this morning and Alex M. from Citywide arrived within 20 minutes. He asked me a few questions and got to the issue right away. He shared info on what he was doing as he worked and provided some good insights to avoid the problem in the future. He didn't rush, and tested several times to make sure the problem was resolved before leaving. Alex M. even helped with the cleanup! A service person like Alex M. is a rare find these days. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves at Citywide. I would not hesitate to contact Citywide again and request Alex M.

Do not ever use this company. On top of the fact that I have pictures of reviews from my town page that they are crooks, they ripped me off twice and trying to fix it, had the nerve to tell me to put my husband on the phone. What a sexist remark..
