I had replaced my toilet the day before and found the plate on the flange was broken so the new one would not tighten to the floor..I called them as they had done previous work for me and I liked them. They did a good job but charged me $411. For replacing this metal plate. He charged me 149.00 and hour and 40.00 an hour for his helper. I was very angry that he overcharged me. I trusted this company and they do good work. They are affalable and courteous, but the price you will pay is just a total soaking. It's shameful to charge that much. The year before another plumber replaced my upstairs toilet with a new one and put in a new metal plate it cost me $150. Beware that this company charges ridilous prices. Make sure they don't bring a helper and price the job ahead of time. I personally will never use them again as the other plumber did a great job also but was fair with price. RIP OFF $$$

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This Company treats the Military with no respect!. Over a Year ago we had a plumbing issue, the plumber didn't even no what day it was. To get to the leaking bath, he had to cut a hole in the ceiling. The Leak was fixed! but left a hole in the ceiling, we were assured that the hole would be patched over the forthcoming weeks. One year later! we had an electrical issue, we mentioned to the Technician that from a previous job, the Plumber had left a hole in the ceiling, and was assured that it would be repaired. He repaired it with spackle, with little to no effort at all!. We then called the company back to question the extremely high bill, where the patching of the hole was included. We explained our concerns for the bill along with the unfinished job of patching the hole. We were told that someone would be at the house the following day, to sand and paint the patch with no extra cost. we received a call, saying the technician was on his way, but she notified us that they would be charging us to finish the job that they started. This is now the second time that City Wide Services has not finished a job. Overall we would of been charged 3 times (Labor) for one job to be completed.

1. Repaired leak! leave hole in ceiling (Charged for labor)
2. A year later! hole filled (Charged for labor)
3. To come and finish the hole by sanding and painting (would of been charged for labor)

we would have been charged 3 times for one job.

Well they solved the problem and replace three light bulbs. Three light bulbs cost $205. 119.50 per hour for an electrician and 20 per hour for an assistant to replace 3 bulbs. Almost a joke but it happened. Total bill is $205.50 for two people to come out to replace three light bulbs.

How many City Wide Services guy to replace three light bulbs. Two, but they charge you for 50 bulbs.

Absolutely the worst customer service. The electrician that came out to give an estimate was so negative and rude. When I explained the work we needed done, he looked at me and laughed and said it can't be done. (He didn't know we already had 3 previous electrical companies come out and give estimates, and it was no problem at all for them) Additionaly, he kept getting off-topic and talking about all sorts of other negative things. He went on to tell me how ""expensive"" he is, per hour... it was like he was trying to not get hired. I didn't even wait for their estimate to come in, I already had 3 other company's estimates to choose from, and they were actually professional. I would never work with this company.

After the recent storm, I was having trouble with the power going out. I called and the nicest woman answered. She sent Eldrick over and he fixed it so fast. They were affordable and I will be calling them for help in the future.
