Amber N.We just had another great experience with City Wide! Big huge thanks to Alberto, he came to fix a leaky, non-flushable toilet and found *gasp* Tree Roots?!? Lol that's a new one. He came back the next day, right on time, with his camera to make sure the pipes were ok (besides the fact that we have a salad growing under our toilet) I'd def recommend City Wide again, these dudes are hard workers and get stuff done
Earlice J.Home Service Warranty sent another company to address the sewage leaking into my front yard. The contractor came out twice, at their leisure despite the health hazard & was unable to resolve the issue. Home Service Warranty finally listened & sent another plumber-City Wide. I received word they would call to schedule & they were at my place in less than 2 hrs. The problem was identified & fixed in about 80 minutes or so.
Peter was professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing beforehand. He even did the cleanup per the protocol from the Health District.
He asked we contact him if the same issue recurs because he identified something is going on with our entire block's sewer pipes. He was puzzled that only my property was experiencing the problem.
I would highly recommend this plumbing company if you ever have any problems with your plumbing both inside as well as outside.
My home warranty company will take care of the cost, but I plan to ask his business to be considered first whenever other customers in this area require any plumbing assistance, instead of the other plumbing company they chose the first time.
I am including what my DIL wrote about this company as she was the one who had direct interaction with Peter:
The pipes in our home had been clogged for over two weeks causing raw sewage to leak in our front yard. We had a plumbing company come out to fix our problem on two separate occasions but they were unsuccessful. On June 9th we were notified that City wide plumbing would be coming to address this matter. They called to let us know they would arrive at 2pm and they were here just at that time. They were so polite, so patient and they worked diligently to figure out what our issue was. Resolving the matter in just under 1.5 hours. We are so grateful for City wide plumbing because they were able to do what another company couldn't do in 2 attempts in a more than reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend booking your plumbing needs with them because if I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would!
George and his team were very thorough in re-routing main water line from water meter to our house and main sprinkler valve. They had a landscaper to fix the front yard after repair was done and a handyman who fixed the garage wall. Other companies offered to do the re-routing but you are on your own to fix landscape and all that. It was a very pleasant seamless experience. I highly recommend City Wide Plumbing!
Our first time calling CityWide Plumbing. Excellent service from the first phone call I made. Frank Angeles was our Service Technician. He was a complete joy to work with. We'll experienced and super friendly. We will definitely be calling CityWide and requesting Frank to install a new water heater for us after the holidays. Very happy we found this company!
Kacey B.I'm honestly dumbfounded I can't even comprehend the level of fraud this company tried to pull on me.
I had a leak from my master bathroom tub that leaked into my kitchen ceiling. It was there four, maybe five days.
The evaluator who came out (Danny) was very nice and personable but proceeded to tell me that I was going to have to rip out my ENTIRE tub and shower upstairs and HALF MY KITCHEN DOWNSTAIRS.
He insisted the mold spread fast enough that it would be down behind my kitchen cabinets by now. ????? But he took a look at my homeowners insurance policy and insisted it would all be covered. He said he would send someone tomorrow to 'represent' me against the insurance and who would explain the whole process.
He also told me they'd have to do extensive work to make sure the mold 'didn't get into the air through the air vents."" He was very convincing in this whole process... but I knew there was NO WAY a four day leak meant I needed to RIP OUT HALF MY HOUSE.
So I canceled the appointment for the next day and got a second and third opinion. Of course it turns out all that needed to be done was cut out the drywall, spray for any additional mold, fix the leak and patch it up. When the actually honest contractor I ended up hiring opened the drywall it turns out there was barely any mold at all. (Of course it had only been a couple days, he explained it takes months of a constant leak for mold to ever get that bad and even then you can usually just spray it.)
I think they thought they could pull one over on me because I'm a young blonde girl and a new home owner, but seriously recommending 40k + worth of work for a four day leak ?????? That wasn't even actively leaking ??? Like do people fall for this for real ????
So if you're reading this review - DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE SCAM YOUE INSURANCE AND ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION.
Mark L.I got a notice from the water company that I had constant water usage on my property. This indicates a leak somewhere in the system. After turning off my shut off valve in my garage and the valve at the sprinklers the water continue to run. It was the main line. I got three estimates to replace the line; one was $3100 from American leak detection, the other was $12,000 from Yes Plumbing. All three companies gave me the same advice replace don't repair. If it breaks in one spot and I repaired it will more than likely break and another. Citywide Plumbing was slightly higher than American leak detection, but they sounded like they really knew what they were doing. They were going to have to cut out a piece of my walkway approximately 2' x 1' strip but since the concrete was old and cracked in that spot I asked them if they could take out the whole piece and they agreed at no extra charge!
They carefully pulled back my landscape rock put down tarps and dug the trenches and placed the dirt on the tarps so it didn't mix with my rock. They got the trenches dug in one day including breaking out the concrete and getting it prepared to go into the house. The entire job including hooking up the sprinkler system was done in a very professional manner. The concrete pour back looks exceptional and all the plumbing coming into the house is plum and level.
When they finished, I tracked them down to make my payment to them, it was refreshing not to have someone knocking on your door at six in the morning telling you that you owe them money.
I will be calling Citywide Plumbing for all my needs.
Had a leak from upstairs sewage system and Joey was able to replace the pipe in no time. He also is very professional and very helpful with other things. Still have another pipe that needs to get replaced but so far very satisfied with the service City Wide and Joey has provided.
Candice C.Joey was amazing! He really took care of us and made sure we felt confident and secure with the process before he left. We had a water leak in the wall and I was stressing out over it and he reassured me throughout that everything would be done in a timely, professional manner. I definitely recommend this company and I appreciate joey's customer service. He really treated us like family!
When our handyman failed to complete the installation of two bathroom faucets, City Wide Plumbing responded promptly and their technicians, Frank and Jonathan, expertly completed the job. Both technicians were professional, courteous and sincerely thanked my wife and I for giving City Wide an opportunity to be of service. Kudos to Frank, Jonathan for a job well done......at a very reasonable price.
Stacie R.The team from City Wide provided excellent service from first phone call to follow up after the job was finished. Danny and his assistant, Carlos, were friendly and professional while they were in our home. They diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it the same day. The job was done less than 24 hours after I made the first call...which was on a Sunday evening. Communication from supervisor AND company owner was also quick and courteous. Danny was able to recommend a great drywall guy, who was equally quick to respond and made the repair site look like new. I will definitely be calling City Wide AND the drywall guy for all my future projects. Thank you, guys.
