In mid April, City Wide Plumbing, Heating & Air replaced my 20 year old central air and furnace system with a Heat Pump system. I had talked to a few companies, but Dave at City Wide impressed me with his extensive knowledge of the industry and was very patient in answering my questions. Dave, Sean, and Brent were out within a week for the install and they were fantastic! I have had the chance to use both the ac and the heat within the past few weeks and I am loving this heat pump system! Works like a charm! This is a family- owned business and it is apparent they maintain the highest work standards in all they do. They are friendly, professional, and leave the place cleaner than they found it! Plus, their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend City Wide for I know you will also be impressed and thankful that you called them. They are now the only folks I will call for plumbing or HVAC needs from this day forward. Thank you so much Dave, Sean, and Brent!

This review is from service about a year ago and I never got around to posting it. I wish I could put more stars.

I scheduled a maintenance service at my home while my tenants were there, and everything seemed smooth with initial communication and visit start. City Wide arrived, spoke to one of my tenants, explained they had to replace the air filter (a K&N reusable one that her husband had bought), and then proceeded to do their work independently. When they were done I was told they left from where they were in the backyard and never provided notice of their departure.

Come to find out, the air filter vent in the home has non-standard dimensions, so my tenant's husband said they shoved a new air filter in there and it looked very shoddy indeed.

After calling and expressing my dissatisfaction, I felt only then was I given a narrative for what had happened. My impression was, they didn't think it's something that would be noticed or needed explanation, and that is cause for concern.

They did come back and fix the problem, this time with my sister supervising the visit. Happy to say, they did educate her on what they were doing and fitted a new filter to the vent. They also did a very good job cleaning the outside unit during the first visit, for which I was grateful.

These guys helped out with a backed up line. They came out one day to snake it but it seemed to be more complicated than that. They spent about 4 hours out here trying to clear it and look at it with the camera and detecting where the blockage was. They weren't able to fix it that day but came out a couple days later to send the camera back (with hopes the water drained so they could see clearly). Didn't charge for the second visit and they got it cleared out.

My flush valve needed to be replaced, which they did, and now my toilet is working like new again. I would highly recommend them based on my experience.

The person who answered the phone was unprepared and unprofessional. He was a no show and didn't even to bother to call, which left my tenant in blistering heat needlessly. I ended up going with Jays Heating and Cooling instead.

Cant really rate them. the home warranty policy we have assigned our claim to this company. When I called on 9/2 to open a claim, I did not receive a call back in a timely manner so I called and was told they are swamped and could not even call me back until Monday or Tuesday, well it is Tuesday and still no word and I still have no A/C or any time frame if or when this company will even schedule a time to come out. my next call is to the home warranty company since obviously this company is too busy to even make a phone call. what's the point of a home warranty if the vendors they contract with do t respond

We woke up Sunday morning to our downstairs toilet being clogged from our upstairs toilet. I called multiple companies and they gave us incredibly high prices and couldn't come out on a Sunday. We called City Wide and they answered right away, made it to our house within an hour, and got it fixed at an amazing price. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
