Clay's 15-year professional consulting experience as a Hydrologist and Environmental Engineer has positioned him as a pioneer in this field. He holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor's Degree in Hydrology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
