See the reviews on Google for more accurate reviews. I've been using them for 5 years, and they've started harassing me if I don't get my filters changed on their exact schedule. I was three months late changing my filters when my filter stopped working. It turns out it was the leak detector that had gotten a little bit of water in it (or maybe just from ambient humidity). They told me I needed a whole new system because it was slightly out of warranty and must be broken because I was three months late changing the filters. I told them that didn't make sense, and they started sending me harassing texts, like really harassing. I expect they'll also harass me for writing this review, but I think people should be warned. As a test, go ahead and ask them what happens when the system they installed goes out of warranty... They'll tell you you'll have to sign a waiver, or they won't change the filters, or they'll tell you that you should get a whole new system for $800.

requested replacement of an old system from another company. the price was very reasonable for the work provided. staff were on time and expedient with the work. left the area clean . they were kind and patient and helpful with my questions. very thorough in operation of system. I even have more room in the garage than I had before!
highly recommend this company - and if you are lucky enough to get Larry and his son Larry- you hit the jackpot.

Had them again to service our complete property water system. Water softener they installed and our kitchen reverse osmosis drinking water system. Fernando was thorough, skilled and very desiring to please us. He actually arrived a bit earlier than expected which worked out great. Thanks!

We had CITY WATER FILTERS come out to our home and do a free estimate We were wanting to set up filters in our home since we live out in the country and we wanted to have a better quality water in our home city. Water Filters did a great job. They were very efficient and also very professional we were able to get our water tested with a laboratory they gave me the best price I could've asked for when it came to the day to install the water filters in our home. The crew came out on a Sunday. That was great. I want thank the crew that came out and work all Sunday afternoon on such a hot weather we had Larry and Larry, Junior, Fernando and Juan, install our water filters. They did an amazing job and they communicated with us very well throughout every step I would definitely recommend this company and I want to thank the crew again they did an awesome job.

Chris came to my house this time. He was polite, efficient, and personable. He did his work perfectly without a hitch - no problem whatsoever. And my house's water quality has been great too.
