I called him back today because we had another leak. He came out right away. He fixed the leak and explained everything to me. He replaced the pipe that was an issue enough though it wasn't his issue. It was one of the other plumbers I dealt with. He did it at no charge. I will continue to refer them to all
My friends and family. This is a stand up company with stand up workers.

James came out to diagnosis a leak and provide a quote for re-piping of our house. We had another plumber come in from our home warranty which had installed a temporary job but we wanted a second opinion on what are options were. We initially decided to cap the pipe but there was some issues due to the type of piping. After some research and driving around, James was able to find a more permanent solution to our leak. We still consulted them on the re-piping and they provided us a wealth of information that made the process easier. After talking with James, we ended up installing a Moen FLO smart valve to provide extra piece of mind. The installation was done in a couple of hours and we have peace of mind provided by the smart valve. I highly recommend City Water Conservation if you need a second opinion on any issues you are having and also if you want to install a Moen Flo Smart Valve. It is quite pricey but it is definitely worth and in the few days I have had it installed I've learned so much about how much water I was wasting!

Jamie and his team are professional, friendly, honest and just plain excellent. We had a slab leak under our house. They came all the way to our house on time for the appointment, inspected the leak, and told us that we shouldn't spend money on their service and instead recommended doing a repipe (not with them), which is more cost effective in the long run. We appreciate their effort and decide to follow their suggestions. Highly recommended!

Collin was very easy to communicate with and obtain a quote. We chatted over text and the phone about the scope of the project (replacing leaking Gate valves with ball valves) and he was very responsive and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we couldn't find a time that worked for both of us and we went with and different contractor. However I will definitely reach out to Collin for future work! We needed him for some leaking valves but the website offers a variety of other plumbing related services!

Jamie and his crew showed up on time, and made the recommendation of installing the flo device inside our garage instead of outdoor, which allows us to control the device inside, avoid other people tampering with the equipment, although installing it inside added extra work to them! They are very knowledgable of the leak detection and flo installation, and quick follow-up to address any questions we had with our flo device. will definitely use them again.
