Michael showed up in advance and was professional, friendly, and honest. He took care of my elderly parents parents in my absence as if they were his parents. We had a moist baseboard in the bathroom and no one could detect what the problem was. Talked to James form City Water Conservation and he detected the problem on the phone based on the photos I sent. He didn't charge anything and was extremely knowledgeable and apt in detecting. We were referred to them by Moen for installation of a Flo. They have flat rate pricing which is awesome and we sent them some photos of the installation site to confirm that there would be no issues. They also saved us some money by recommending we just get the 3/4"" Flo since they're all the same except for fittings and these guys use their own fittings.

Installation was smooth and I'm happy.
