We showed up to our place of business this morning and found out that our heat had gone out over night. It was -21 degrees outside and we were fearful that our pipes would burst. I called City View Plumbing & Heating and they we able to send Todd out within the hour to get our heat up and running. Thank you for the superb service City View Plumbing & Heating!

We just moved to town and desperately needed a plumber for some issues in our new home. Not knowing any plumbers in town I decided to google plumbers and ran across this company. I called and they immediately set me up with an appointment. I received a text message confirming the appointment. They arrived when they said they would and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. About a week later I had another issue. Called City View Plumbing and again received immediate service. The same plumbers I had before arrived and I knew that I was in good hands! Again they quickly diagnosed the problem and will fix it once the part comes in. Nobody loves water leaks or plumbing problems. I now have peace of mind that this company will always be there for me in a time of need. I will definitely recommend them highly to anyone looking for a plumber or having plumbing issues. Kudos to a very well run company!

Moving to a new home, needed some plumbing work before moving in. We called City View and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and give us an estimate on a couple of items that needed to be addressed. They came out on a Monday and promised an estimate by Wednesday. We called on Wednesday making sure they had our correct email, to which we were told rudely we would have it by the end of the day. Nothing!! Called late afternoon on Thursday again checking to see when we could expect it and making sure they had the correct email address. They apologized, saying they would get it out ASAP, NOTHING, no phone call, no email, no I'm sorry we have been busy, total silence. Apparently they have enough business, I would not recommend using them, unless you like a challenge!! They are only getting one star because I can't post without it!!

City View has always performed excellent work in a very timely manner. A recent hot water replacement and follow-up needs by Dan S. were exactly in-line with what we expect out of a customer and contractor relationship. If feel comfortable leaving the house open to them knowing everything will be cleaned up and done with the thoroughness as if I was there.
