My kitchen sink pipes blew up and I had serious water damage. I called over 10 plumbers for an 8 pm emergency and Pedro and team were the only ones that responded and actually showed up. Not only did they replace the pipes they also cleaned all the water and ensured my kitchen looked like nothing had happened. They are extremely clean and ensured they walked in my house with a mask and protection on their boots.

We had a leak in the water meter box, turned out to be the coupling that got rusted over the last 30 years or so. Completely broke and water was leaking pretty badly. Walnut Valley Water District came to shut it off, but was told that I had to fix the leak since it was on our side of the meter. Manny came out to look at it right away, told me what needed to be done, and after we decided to go with Manny he came back the next day with the parts to get it done. Manny got the job done, he knows what he's doing and most of all a good nice guy.

During this COVID19 pandemic, he understands the need to wear mask and gloves and to keep safety first. From the first day he came over to give me my estimates, he was honest and straightforward. He was able to give me some scenarios and it's budgets, which allowed me to plan and prepare for the expenses. In my past experiences, I have encountered other plumbers who are ""no shows"" or late with no apologies. But with Manny, he is reliable and communicates with me with updates due to parts and schedules. I will definitely refer him to my family and friends.
