Called at 3am on a Saturday morning. They came out before 10am but were not able to solve my problem with the equipment in the van they brought. They came back 2 hours later with bigger equipment and were able to clear a blockage in my drain tile. Their rates were slightly higher than the competitor I had called (also around 3am) but City Sewer was able to come out much faster. I would use them again if I ran into trouble again.
