We had to find a plumber fast this October (2022) due to our water heater leaking and no water due to loosing pressure. I called early morning (around 6 am) to the City Point Plumbers, Mike responded and took my information, was nice and patient with me. We arranged the time and then Mike worked with us because we could not be home at the time arranged, and he still was communicating clearly and agreed to send technicians in later. Then technicians came out to get the scope of the problem, delivered new tank same day, replaced the water pressure switch, hauled old tank away, charge was decent for the emergency situation, and everything was handled to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this company, professional and good customer service, and fast response and great communication, that was really a saver in our situation. Thank you!

Had Mike do the plumbing to have a washer/dryer set up in the basement. He did it quickly, and on time. Charged above average, but he did quality work. The second project was a semi-emergency. During the summer my basement would flood. Mike explained the problem, and installed a drain for my basement. Never had a problem on either jobs. Well worth the money spent. He's an honest guy too, great to work with.

Although it's been a couple years since working with City Point, I feel compelled to write this yelp review, because of the one star given to City Point Plumbing by ""concerned C."" Come on dude, that's not cool, not fair, and not just. You can't give a guy a one star just because your feelings were hurt.

I've used this business several times and have been very pleased with their service. Their employees are always friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about the issue they are there to fix. They've always been quick to respond. The owner is honest and prices are reasonable. They are now the only plumbers I call when I have an issue!

I observed a truck today with a City Point Plumbing magnet of the side, cut off two elderly folks in the pharmacy line, then bypass 4 cars that had been waiting in line in order to jump to the front. If this is how the owner/employees act in day to day tasks, I surely would not want them in my home. I think I'd keep looking!
