Since the company I trusted for years shut down a while ago I have had numerous plumbers do work in my 65-year-old home. This time I had a major problem (total repipe) that needed fixing immediately. Ian responded promptly and gave me a price much more reasonable than the other quotes I received. He showed up right on time, explained in detail exactly what to expect and finished the job within the timeline he promised. His work is meticulous, he did an excellent job. But the best part, being a single retired woman, is that he communicated to me like I had a brain. He is honest, courteous and professional and I trust him. He will be my plumber forever.

For the work that they had done, I would give a zero.Call them because we didn't have hot water in the shower.They fixed it, but now I have water coming from the shower and the faucet at the same time.

This is the second time I have used this company, and if I could select 10 stars, I would. They are always quick to respond which is super important because when dealing with plumbing, when isn't it urgent!?! I'm specifically writing a review today because a small secondary job turned into a big thing and they never appeared frustrated or irritated. And they stuck to their original price. So of course I gave them a nice tip, something to drink, and some flowers to take home. I highly recommend this company.
