They are professional, accommodating, understanding of personal schedules and urgency, and mostly, trustworthy. They respond to calls and texts immediately, then clearly and constantly communicate. Bryant helped me today and was so smart and knowledgeable. Justina was patient and helpful too. Thank you!!

These guys did an ok job. Fixed my leak and left.
But the appointment was on Friday at 11:00am. I took off work. The tech did not have the crimping tool and had to reschedule for Monday.
I left the garage open and he fixed the leak Monday morning. He left a bit of a mess on the floor. Stained water from the citrus filter on the floor. I had to clean it up with a wet towel and some cleaner.
The work looks good so this review is labeled as Good but some improvement can be made.

Had an issue with my septic. They identified the problem, cleared the line, but also used a camera to confirm a failure in the pipe between the house and septic tank. Two days later my long term issue was solved and on a Saturday to boot.
Professional, friendly and prompt. Highly recommend.

Our hot water heater leaked and flooded our garage and some other parts of the house late Saturday night.

Our property manager recommended Bob at City Plumbing. We called him Sunday morning and he got back to us right away even though he was out of town. First thing Monday morning, he provided a quote and arranged to come and replace the tank.

He also showed us some issues with how it had initially been installed.

The team of ""Bob"" and ""Justina"" installed a gas service line for a new pool heater and a gas meter relocation for my second home in Tempe. They survived a several months long permitting process with the City of Tempe, producing document after document, drawings and gas appliances in the home when asked to do so. I was able to help them get those documents, have the plans drafted, doing it all over the phone and many, many emails. Finally the project was constructed, and soon the City of Tempe will inspect the completed gas lines installations work. All this effort by the City Plumbing Services duo to help an absentee homeowner, without ever meeting me face-to-face, is the epitome of ""friendly, professional customer service.""

My water heater sprung a leak and I needed to have it replaced ASAP. Bob with City Plumbing Services to the rescue! From start to finish the installation was done professionally and at a reasonable price. Bob was so friendly my cat even liked him!

Very disrespectful to clients. Multiple trips by a ""plumber"" with continued leak through drywall and causing damage. Company fired that plumber but then was a hassle to get financing and over estimated work almost double what other plumbers estimated for the same work. Son and daughter of owner very nice and respectful but too much to overlook owners behavior. I was a very patient client. This company owes us $100 credit for work that we were charged that was not completed. It was for drywall removal my husband completed, but the plumber charged us stating he did it! Unbelievable
