Contact us now for a complimentary estimate and clear pricing! We operate as a true family-owned business. My nephews and nieces inspired us to launch this business, and after some time, my wife and I agreed it was the right moment to do so,... and here we are. Our primary goal is to be the most trustworthy and dependable company available, avoiding the inflated prices typical of larger firms while providing superior customer service.
Focusing on drain cleaning and clearing, along with minor and major plumbing repairs (like water heaters, slab leak detection, and copper repairs), camera inspections, and sewer repairs and replacements, our team is ready to support homeowners and businesses in resolving difficult challenges. I have over 20 years of experience as a plumber and drain specialist, with a decade spent in commercial plumbing and drain work. I enjoy troubleshooting complex issues that others find difficult to resolve.
I take satisfaction in providing a minimum of three repair options or alternative methods for project execution. Ultimately, I am passionate about plumbing and truly enjoy leaving customers in a better situation than when I arrived.

Katie D.Terrifying. I had one little pipe break. I knew the minute he said I need a new water heater it was a scam. He adding it up TO AN $18k bill. RUN! I paid another plumber $300 for all repairs and clean up. So scared he does this to other people.
Chad was prompt, attentive to what needed to be done, and efficient in completing the job. He was also very polite and conscientious about cleaning up after himself and fulfilling all the inspections and recommendations to further improve my home, should I choose to do so.
Michelle T.Super service with a smile! I could hear the smile in Tanya's voice as she provided me with the best quote I could find after calling several plumbing services. City Plumbing didn't have a one hour minimum and we only needed our tub drain snaked. George and Hugo arrived as advertised and had the drain working within 20 minutes. This was SO wonderful! George and Hugo, I hope you have a great day!

After having my sewer line jetted at least five times over the past several years (tree roots) I finally decided to have the sewer line replaced. City plumbing was great to deal with; always on time, answered all my questions and gave me a good price. One of their plumbers, George, was super nice and very respectful and even fixed a bathroom faucet for me at no additional charge! I highly recommend City Plumbing & Rooter.
Called city to give me a quote to repair a drain problem with P trap inserting into 1.5 inch galvanized nipple. the current pipe connecting the P trap to the nipple was copper and siezed inside the nipple. Plummer came by when I was at work, renter let him in. he looked at it for 10 seconds and gave me a quote of 750$ to repair. Never even offered to try and remove the stuck copper or the Nipple. He said the nipple was bent. well, in fact it wasnt really bent, but because it was an all thread nipple, the threads near the T where it inserted were a bit damaged of course from me trying to remove the nipple, but the threads where the P trap connected on the outside were perfect. Called another plummer, he came by and he simply dug the copper tube out of the nipple and installed the P-trap in all of about 15 or 20 minutes. The moral to this story is simple. Some plumbers offer the solution of replacing everything connected to the problem, and some plumbers will just fix the actual problem. In this case 100$ vs 750$. You dont replace the car when the ashtray is full, a funny quote from my mother, but actually to the point.
They came and quote the job (wrote down all the info and parts) and they were awesome! So we decided to go with them.
We scheduled a service for a Saturday, our appointment was at 11am, we called at 9am to confirm the appointment and the They said they will call us back. After waiting for 2 hours, we decided to call them back at 11 am (our supposed appointment) and the person answered said that the person called out. It's weird that they didn't call us to let us know and was wondering if they have another person cover his area? But anyways, so we rescheduled it for another Saturday at 11am.
That Saturday came, given our previous experience, we called ahead and we made sure if they happen to call out again to please give us a call. So at 11:20, the plumber arrived (we were like wow thank God) and turns out he brought the wrong part. He said the guy who wrote the quote wrote the wrong part, So he left to get the right part. 3 hours later, he have not returned... so we called the office and no one knows where their employee was. So we waited another half an hour to call them see what is going on, apparently the plumber had an accident so they were asking if we could reschedule again. I like to give them the benefit of the doubt and I hope the plumber was OK.. if he really did got into an accident... but is this a coincidence or another excuse? They have all the reasons in the world (if they were true)... but I wish they would call us back to atleast let us know, the management just keeps you waiting at home hoping someone would come.
I would rate them by the following categories:
Communication: zero star
Management: zero star
Reliability: zero star
Maybe this is an one off experience but just wanna make people aware when they are picking a plumber.
This company was hired by the HOA in my Brentwood condominium to work on a unit above my shower. One of his employees cut the main drain to make the repairs in the unit above and rotated the drain and caused the drain connection to pop out and completely severed the drain connection. An emergency plumber shows up and removes the completely wet drywall on the ceiling in order to detect the problem. The main drain pipe was cut, rotated and dropped by several inches completely separating the drain from the shower connection. Here is the best part The owner shows up and looks at the ceiling and says whoever removed the ceiling caused the damage and walked out in less than 30 seconds. Several plumbers have looked at this and have all come to the same conclusion.
I will post an update in a couple of months once my lawyer is done with him.
Edit. Mr Paul if you didn't run out of my condo I would have shown you the video of your employee cutting the pipe, the video of the emergency plumber cutting the ceiling drywall and exposing the damage. I also video taped your visit and your comments that the person cutting the drywall caused the damage. You mention it's insurance fraud. Let's assume someone cut the ceiling and dislodge the drain connection. How do you explain the fact that the main drain line was moved down by several inches. I also withdrew my insurance claim and going after your directly. It's such a slam dunks Get ready to cut a check for the 20k damage you caused.
Elaine S.I made an appointment for Wednesday. On Tuesday they called to reschedule for Friday. Friday came and i waited 2 1/2 hrs only to get the call that my plumber will be running late. They showed up, looked me and told me they had to leave for another "" more urgent"" client! Don't waste your time Go Elsewhere!
If i could give a Zero Star, i would have!
As a first time customer, I called City Plumbing & Rooter for a clog in my kitchen sink. They advised me I would receive a call on the morning of the service and gave a specific time window of when a technician would arrive. And he did -- right on time. The service man, Aran, was courteous, friendly and expert in his appraisal of the problem and proceeded to remedy the clog in no time. And Aran gave me due consideration for the cost of the service and I was more than satisfied.
