Polite, professional and very friendly. If you're in a pinch, these guys will get you out of it. Thank you Paul and your staff for fixing our leak!

I called them to check my major water line to the house, I thought it was leaking, they came checked for leaks and loss of water from the line. They were very thorough and did not charge me. What a wonderful Company. Begin a Senior sometimes you're taken advantage of. I highly recommend City Plumbing, don't hesitate to CALL Them.

A complete re-piping of all my drain lines were completed my Paul and his staff. Here is what I think of their work and performance.
I am a local firefighter in the county. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance to me. Truly, all around, this company not only strives for perfection. They hit their objectives and yield outstanding results. Their attention to detail was flawless.
I had many plumbers bid on this very expensive job. Half of the plumbers that came out, wanted to do shortcuts. They would try to sell me on doing a task in a way that was the fastest(by basically cut a trench through the entirety of my foundation. Furthermore, it was the fastest for them, but made our foundation more vulnerable to cracking/offsetting and causing HUGE PROBLEMS later. The others were over the top salesman. At most, every plumber, other than Paul was out of my house within 5 minutes. Paul, on his initial visit was here for an hour. He was analyzing and surveying all the details of the home. He advised me that cutting a trench from the front to the back of the house was not a good idea. He advised me, ""we live in Southern California, we have earthquakes"". I laughed because, when I had said that to all the other plumbers, they laughed and said, it has not been a problem yet"". My point: Paul wanted to provide the same quality of work on my house, as he would his own. For those of you out there who have had bids on your home, you can relate when I say...it was a breath of fresh air. That, ""it may be harder, but let's do it right"", is extremely difficult to find! He advised me that he would do trenchless re-piping in certain locations. He would undermine(dig a tunnel) from one drain to another. All of these were in attempts to make the least amount of impact on the foundation of my house. Which, is exactly what you want. I'm not saying that these options are available for everyone's home. Regardless, Paul will do everything in his power to uphold the integrity and longevity of your home.
His staff showed up on time. They worked their butts off. Their communication was excellent. Anytime a problem occurred, they communicated with me. They talked about their plan to overcome and they did it. His entire team did everything they said they would do. They did not come across a problem, then tell me how much kore money it would be. Paul told me up front, ""if you accept my price, you won't pay a penny more. If a problem happens, I will eat the cost. If a problem comes up, that cost me more than this entire job, I will eat the cost"". Paul and his company held up to their promise.
The crew cleaned up every day, before leaving. They asked if there was anything they could do to make the house more accommodating until their return. Paul was here for the entire last day, he came by to do a final run through before the inspector came. When things were going a little slower than planned, he added a couple more All Stars to the daily crew to keep the timeline.
Additionally, this entire project was completed during the Covid crisis. Paul and EVERY SINGLE PERSON he sent our way, wore a mask, 100% of the time.
I have learned a long time ago, don't put your stamp of approval on someone or something unless you know what you are getting/giving. Well, City Plumbing, his office staff to his workers have my approval. If I am ever asked to refer a plumber, I will only give their name.
This customer is 100% satisfied.

Very responsive and good communication by dispatch and technician. Paul did a nice job installing new Moen faucet and was meticulous and cleaned up afterwards backed by 1 year warranty on the labor.

Hired Luis on the spot because he promised that his estimate included whatever it took to do the water heater replacement job right. I didn't haggle on the price even though it was generous. The price also included meeting me at Lowe's to pick up the new water heater. The new water heater was bigger than the old, requiring some modifications to the copper inlet and outlet pipes. Luis had a good idea on moving the shutoff so that it would be more accessible. Luis did a decent job with the installation with a couple of exceptions. The shutoff ended up being only slightly more accessible than the old location (still very difficult to get to), and the bottom existing seismic strap was not adjusted to fit well on the new heater. I let him know at the time of the installation that the lower seismic strap was not functional. He said it didn't matter because the lower strap doesn't do anything anyway. The cover for the thermostat on the new water heater was broken, so I had to wait to install it after I had gotten a replacement. When I installed the cover, the lower seismic strap was now interfering with the cover, and looked even worse. I emailed City Plumbing & Rooter to let Luis know the strap needs to be moved. Got no response. I then tried contacting them through the Yelp app (to which they responded in minutes when I wanted a quote). Again, no response. They did finally respond after I left a phone message (23 days after my initial email informing them of the problem), and promised to fix the problem the next day. As promised, Thomas was sent out to fix the problem, which took about 15 minutes to fix. He was very courteous and professional. He explained that their systems had been down, including their access to their Yelp messaging, which is why they didn't respond three weeks earlier. He apologized profusely and did what was needed to correct the issue with the seismic strap. Although I was not happy with their initial lack of response, they did eventually come through and fix the issue to my satisfaction.

Paul arrived this morning to clear my kitchen sink clog. It ended up being farther in than he expected, but told me to
check with my landlord & if ok, he would come back today with different, more aggressive equipment. The huge part is that he only charged $39.99 to do all this!!
Once finished. Paul completely put everything back under the sink & cleaned out both sides of the sink.
Definitely a business I would recommend & use myself, again, if ever need arises.
To property owners, I would save his number on speed dial. They have 24 hr emergency service. Paul also went above & beyond by showing me the water & gas shut offs are heron the property. The price & service can't be beat!
Thank you, Paul & City Plumbing & Rooter. You're the best!

Thomas Pedvin provided us excellent service and resolved the faucet water pressure issue within minutes, thanks.

I was delighted with the good service I received with City Plumbing. The price was very, very reasonable, and Joanna called me many times to keep me in the loop of when the technician would arrive. Thomas was respectful and efficient and cleaned my drain by snaking it twice. I will call them again with no hesitation.

Came to Ventura and fixed my water heater that had a recalled part. It's been running great!

First off they're are extremely professional and we're able to fix my problem in a jiffy. My shower
and toilet were clogged and I had basically tried everything myself from a snake to chemicals and couldn't fix it. I messaged them on a Sunday morning and they were able to come that same day in the early afternoon with no up charge.
I payed exactly what I was quoted on the phone. If you're looking for a honest professional friendly plumber will definitely recommend them don't waste your time calling around. Also the lady over the phone was extremely sweet and friendly. Will use them for any future repairs!!
