We used this plumber in November and only now do I realize how much of a rip off they were. It was not an emergency call. It was scheduled by phone for a leaky tub faucet and a noisy toilet. They ended up replacing a washer on the faucet and the flapper in the toilet. The plumber was messy and needed me to find the manuals on both the tub and toilet. He made the repair. AND HE HANDED ME A BILL FOR $466.50 . . . For a washer and a flapper!

I was stupid. I never thought to ask how much before he started. I couldn't imagine the issues costing an astronomical amount. They never warned me before they started work. I felt raped and pillaged when the guy left my house!
