Today I called another plumbing company and they couldn't come out until next week. I needed my old shower fixed because the guest bathroom shower valve was frozen and I'm expecting company over the weekend. So I researched yelp and found City Plumbing. I'm so glad I did. I called and Max was out here within the hour. He knew what the problem was and gave me a price to fix (which was very reasonable). He went out to get the part and returned and fixed it and now it's working again. Max was very nice and professional. He cleaned up after himself. I would strongly recommend City Plumbing. I've got a 1960 house with original (galvanized pipe) plumbing and had a leak in the pipe leading away from the hot water heater. Max came the same day, fixed that in about an hour; professional, courteous and friendly, and did a fine job. However, I discovered afterwards that when he'd replaced that pipe, whatever sediment was in the pipe leading to the back bathroom had gotten pushed further downstream and occluded the hot water line to the tub. I called Max back, he came out (again, same day) fixed that problem in less than an hour, and didn't charge me for the return visit, which I have to say was due to my old pipes and not a problem he caused.

We had a under the slab leak and I called and spoke to numerous plumbers. Max was the only one who took time on the phone to try to really understand our issue. He gave me a rough estimate of cost to break the slab and what he thought it might cost to fix the leak.

We scheduled a time for him to come and break the slab. He was on time and gave us suggestions on how to fix our other plumbing issues. The breaking of the slab was more intense than we all expected but he kept to his quote that he provided over the phone! He fixed the leak on the hot water side and we thought we were all good!

The next morning I called and he came back because the cold water line in the same area developed a leak as well. Max fixed it at no additional cost. He also have my hubby tips on how to fix a drainage issue we have.

Max is professional and great!! His customer service is outstanding! We will be returning customers. I will suggest Max to anyone with plumbing issues!!

Great Job! Had a clogged shower on a Sunday, and this wasn't the usual hair clog. There was actually something way down the drain that no amount of chemicals or lame personal attempts at snaking were going to solve.

I called and got Max. He showed up on time, was extremely nice and did the job quickly and effectively. He cleaned up his own mess I have zero complaints.

Found City Plumbing through Yelp, lots of good reviews... my experience matched all the great reviews.

I had a slow drain in my shower... I talked to Max for about 20 min on the phone, he was very helpful in trying to get the problem solved with home remedies. It's obvious 1st priority was fixing the issue, instead of making money for City Plumbing. I thought this is awesome, not to mention unusual.

When the home remedy didn't work, he showed up within 2 hrs of my phone call... snaked the shower, had it fixed in 20 min. Also, offered many different preventative techniques for keeping all drains in my home clear.

Friendly, courteous, professional as most importantly un-selfish.

Highly recommend City Plumbing!
