I have known Paul, the owner of City Plumbing and Rooter, since before he started this company. He is a great guy, and so is his work ethic. He has done several jobs for me. The guys who came to my house today, Brandon and Mark, are the greatest. The drain from my add-on bathroom sink was leaking where it was connected to the sewer drain. I was lucky that an earthquake retrofit company representative noticed the water under the sewer drain when he was inspecting my foundation and took a picture of the broken drain pipe. Brandon and Mark worked in the very tight-fitting crawl space to cut out the leaking part of sewer drain, replacing it with a new section of sewer drain containing a new sink drain connection. They also made certain my shower drain/sewer drain connection was in good condition. I should not have any problems in the future. Brandon also cleaned out the P-trap of my bathroom sink to make certain there was nothing in it that could cause my sink to back up. Like I said, they are the greatest.

I can't say enough good things about Oscar and Mark & City Plumbing and Rooter. They came onsite to assess everything we needed, did a thorough and detailed inspection, and at the last minute we requested they install a new vanity, which they accommodated. They were incredibly professional, positive, and did great work. They also were very conscious of following covid protocols, which i very much appreciated.

Also, the professionalism started from the moment I called to schedule, until the day of services. THANK YOU!!! Will definitely be using them in the future.

They came out same day and late in the day too, which is great! We were stuck with no toilet in an industrial warehouse having to use our neighbors toilet. Prompt, got the job done and very, very nice! It's worth every penny...thanks City Plumbing and Rooter for coming to our rescue!

You know how sometimes you luck out using Yelp and sometimes you don't? Well this time we did! A backed up bathroom sink is a fairly small job and our previous plumber turned us down to do the service (make that former plumber!) So we called City Plumbing & Rooter. They answered our call on the first try. The officer personnel were pleasant and helpful. We explained our problem and they scheduled us for the very next day. Kevin called ahead of time to give us estimated arrival and was prompt. He came in, reviewed the situation and had us up and running in 15 minutes. Even disinfected the area when he was through. He's a very nice guy...even our little bull dog fell in love with him. We will definitely use them again when the need arises. (Snickers wants Kevin to come back too!)

We had to have MAJOR plumbing work done on our home.

We got 3 quotes (one of them from City Plumbing and Rooter because a neighbor recommended them) and although they weren't the least expensive, when comparing all 3 quotes with what was offered for the price, it was hands-down City Plumbing.

They respond to calls quickly; their scheduling is excellent; their personnel (both in the office and out in the field) are exemplary; and they aren't happy until everything is done to their customer's satisfaction.

There's no need for us to call another plumber if we ever need more work done. We will call City Plumbing and Rooter.

2nd time using City Plumbing & Rooter...last time was about 3 years ago when they replaced our broken main sewage pipe.
This time, I called because the pipe looked back-up (smelly yucky watery mess above our yard drain was a dead give-away) and Kevin V. showed up on time and was very pleasant to work with. He explained the issue and took care of clearing our drain area/pipe right away...our issue was fixed in less than 30 minutes! Super nice guy, great service and would definitely use again if we have to!

This is the second time I've used them and they were amazing. Jorge and Jr were right on time and so quick and efficient. I had two toilets and a sink replaced and the price they quoted was the price I paid. I am going to use them for my moms place next and would recommend them a million times over.

Luis and Andy were both very thorough and helpful and they cleaned up everything afterwards also and They showed me everything afterwards to make sure that our bathtub and our sink was working and all the replacements they had put in and the follow up pictures after the work was completed

Luis did a fine job of replacing my toilet after a challenging diagnosis that found my discovery of improper flapper wear was actually corrosion in the bottom of the tank made worse by hard water. They saved me from later tank leakage if I'd just replaced the flow valve myself and been cheap.

The phone scheduler was polite and got me an appointment the same afternoon, which none of the other recommended firms in Yelp could do, depot reaching out the previous evening. I would definitely recommend them because they're available, honest and do good work. They have coupons on their website and I got 10% off my job, which was nice.

My new Toto toilet flushes and fills faster than any I've ever seen. If I had gotten the toilet myself at the hardware store, I'd have got something clunkier or more expensive; the modest markup they charge for securing the hardware for you is worth it. The fact they remove the old toilet and all the boxes for the new model is worth it in itself.

The plumber wore a mask and booties to keep my new carpet clean without me asking him and arrived on-time.
