Had an emergency clog/flood in the bathroom. I tried snaking the vent by myself at first but made the problem worse. Do not youtube and try to unclog by pouring water down the vent! Jorge came by and explained everything to me and was able to unclog the main through the toilet. It was a pretty challenging job and took some time but he did a great job. Thanks Jorge!

Our guest bathroom shower was backed up. I called City Plumbing at 11am. They were able to send a technician out the same day and gave me a window between 2-6. And showed up at 4. He was polite, work was clean and efficient. He snaked the drain and fixed the clogged pipe quickly. I highly recommend this company.

my 92 year-old mother had a hot water pipe burst, resulting in a significant leak which lead to a call to the local fire department. within minutes, city plumbing and rooter responded, then scheduled the permanent repair. they analyzed the source of the problem and determined that high water pressure contributed significantly to the pipe failure.

best of all? they performed the work at no charge! paul was gracious, calm, and thorough... for which our family is most grateful.

it is rare when a company takes time to recognize the impact an incident like this can have on an elderly person; it is quite another when that company chooses to put people over profits.

city plumbing and rooter now and forever will be our go-to plumber.

This is the first time I've been motivated to write a review of anything but my experience with City Plumbing was so good that I must share my feelings. The young woman who took my call worked very hard to get me an appointment quickly. Luis, who came out to do the work arrived with a smile on his face even though it was covered by a mask, wearing a clean hot pink shirt, and put hot pink booties on his feet to keep my house clean. Immediately I was smiling underneath my mask too. I knew any company that paid attention to details like that would do excellent plumbing work and that proved to be true. I will certainly call City Plumbing again and ask for Luis again.

I have never called the same plumbing company twice except for City Plumbing and Rooter. Their customer service ladies (Cynthia and others) are top notch - prompt, professional, superb about follow-ups, and most memorably...kind.

Mr. Ramiro came to my home for a water heater related job at the time I was told just yesterday. He was knowledgeable, (patiently explaining and answering questions I had) skilled, and at the end of of day, did a great job resolving our issue. I had called around before so I was pleasantly surprised when he didn't just tell me to replace (like many others do when they don't want to try to fix, which is also completely understandable). He educated me on ways to extend the life of our water heater.

He was thorough and left my place cleaner than when he came. I appreciated his diligence and attention to detail. His kindness showed even behind his mask. Thank you Ramiro! As he was leaving, I flagged him down to ask him yet another question related and he was so quick to help me!

I have never been more pleased with a plumbing company as a whole - from the customer service representatives, technicians, to upper management.

Thank you! I called you once before (for an emergency leak under the house 3/24/21, the same day I lost a parent to covid, and you came to the rescue. You even issued a partial credit even though I didn't ask!!! The check arrived exactly as I was told! I have never known a plumbing company who did that!

Thank you for first, having great professionals who get the job done and of course, the wonderful ladies who communicate well with customers. As a company, they are the first responders and final surgeons to a whole array of situations and it amazes me how well they work as a team.
