This morning I called City plumbing due to the issue we had in our shower/bathtub that needed immediate attention. Gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and patient and took the time to fully understand my issue. I am working from home and I could only do late afternoon appointment. All other plumbers I called today couldn't accommodate my late appointment request but City Plumbing agreed to send technicians later in a day. I got a call from the office 25 mins before scheduled timeframe informing me that the technicians are on the way. David and Mikey arrived on time. They both were very courteous, professional and followed all the Covid related safety guidelines. They both wore masks, gloves and shoe covers. David is very approachable with a nice sense of humor which made the whole experience a bit less stressful. David explained every step in detail to both me and my husband to make sure we understood what the issues are, what his plan is to fix our issues, what parts he needs to purchase and what is the cost of service. I was impressed by their timing and efficiency. He answered all our questions and made sure we are happy with the result before they leave. Tonight I took a shower to make sure the problem is completely resolved and yes! No more shower issue for us!
Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality of service I received today. Thank you David, Mikey and City plumbing for your service today. I found you accidentally through Yelp search but I surely saved your number as my trusted plumber for any of our future plumbing needs.

Aram is amazing! He checked our plumbing issue with such detail and patience and was able to diagnose the problem when none of the other plumbers we had called were able to do so. He gave us a very fair and reasonable estimate. Will work with him again, if we have any more plumbing issues. I will also take him to inspect any future properties I'm considering to purchase. Incredible, professinal prompt service for a broken main line. I called several companies but so glad this is the company we chose and was available immediately. The communication was timely and really helpful. Within hours of detecting the leak, we had it fully repaired at a great price. Pablo's help was exceptional and timely. Totally recommend this place. David came to my place to help find and fix a water leak in my kitchen sink. During covid so he wore his mask, gloves and shoe cover all the time. Super respectful knowledgeable and fast! Im calling these guys again for whatever issue I may have.
