My toilet needed a new part ($7 at Home Depot ) and a repair to the shut off valve . Since there were so many awesome reviews I asked them to come and quote (no charge). They came on time and wore shoe and face coverings . But then things went downhill : one of the guys asked if he could do a water test to see, which I declined since I knew exactly what needed to be fixed (yes I'm a girl and I'm pushing 70, but I haven't lost it yet ). Then they said they have a couple of prices for me - one being a brand new toilet for $900+ (major red flag). The quoted price for the one part and repair was $400 ( for a hour's work )- apparently parts are very expensive since due to the pandemic . Yup - it's still $7! I ended up finding someone to do it for half the price and immediately with no fuss . Nothing makes me madder than being taken for a ride by people like this .

We scheduled an appointment to meet with their staff and later they asked to reschedule. Then, we called them twice during the rescheduled 4 hour time frame and they assured us someone was on the way. Nobody came

Our kitchen faucet had one temperature: scalding hot. When washing dishes, we had to add ice water to the sink. About a year ago, someone from City Plumbing and Rooter came out. He tried changing a part that regulates the temperature because he said that would be the least expensive option. He had the part on him, so we didn't have to buy one until we saw if it worked. It didn't, so he said we needed a new faucet and to call when we wanted it installed. We were impressed with his trying to save us money.

We finally bought a new faucet, but let it sit around for almost a year. You would think we'd be inconvenienced enough to get this taken care of, but procrastination won. Finally, last month we called back and got an appointment quickly.

Dominic was as great as the first guy. At first he also thought it was just a part and wanted to make sure we didn't waste money. After explaining we already tried that, he installed the faucet (and went to Home Depot since we still needed the temperature part). It works great! Such a pleasure to have a perfect kitchen faucet again. We also had him uninstall a bulky, unused water filter under the sink. Not only did Dominic do a great job, but he also helped my husband fix our garbage cupboard that wouldn't slide in and out, even though that is totally outside a plumber's job. He didn't even charge us for it. Also, he cleaned up afterwards, you'd never know a plumber had been there.

If you need a plumber, this is definitively the company to hire! Thank you, Dominic for the wonderful service. We'll call you again the next time need a plumber

I left a positive review last time for Michael who offered not to charge me if I left a review. He was unable to clear my drain with a snake. Told me I needed a Hydrojet. He estimated the cost between 3,000-6,000. I told him I couldn't afford it. He said the company offers financing. Today I had plumber who quoted me 350 to hydrojet. He couldn't believe I needed a hydrojet so he tried his snake first. It worked! My sink is flowing freely again for 145. So what gives CITY PLUMBING??

Thank you Andy and Zach for a job well done. We called the office to have a gas line hook-up to a new gas range. Cynthia was able to schedule us for the next morning. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I highly recommend City Plummers.

These guys/gals are super heroes!!!! They came to our home when we had a big sewer problem. They fixed it while it was raining and got our plumbing to work!! Mike was Awesome , friendly staff. Will keep them in mind for any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

From the representative you talk on the phone to the plumber who actually works on your property, you feel the same dedication and kindness. This time, Dominic helped us with replacing a broken kitchen pipe after sink got clogged for the third time in three years. He worked really hard for almost 7 hours, and never complained about anything. Instead, he was extremely nice and kind. We chatted about each step, I ordered lunch for him, we talked about our kids, it felt like hanging out with a friend more than dealing with a tough plumbing job on a Saturday.
