Update** Paul was really disappointed what happened to me and reimbursed me for the visit and a portion of the drywall that they pulled out. A very honorable way to run your company and I appreciated his concern about what I posted.

We needed plumbing work done fast and well during a plague. CPR (that is what I am calling them now) answered the call. Thomas and Robert were professional and did an incredible job. I didn't have to ask them to wear masks, any other time that would be very scary. You can't even tell they were busting holes in my walls cause now, those walls are as clean as fresh fallen snow.
On top of it all, they stayed with a SoCal gas rep who found a leak in my gas line. They stayed and help fix the problem at a discount.
I can't wait to call them again except I hope I don't have to for a while.

Great Service! City Plumbing and Rooter replaced my two bathroom faucets same day for a great price. Everything was up and running in no time. The technicians were very friendly, the office called back once the job was done to make sure all my needs were met. I would recommend them.

I had a shower drainage issue so I called City Plumbing and Rooter as the reviews on Yelp were stellar. Clearly there is a reason for that! Fast, friendly and professional staff. The scheduling process with the front desk was easy and they were on top of letting me know the guys' ETA. Thomas and Doug showed up with gloves, masks and booties on - Thanks for taking extra care during unknowing times. They quickly pointed out the issue and the shower works great now. Definitely using this service again in future and recommending to friends.

I have no idea where to start. From the minute I called and made an appointment for an emergency water heater repair... they were on top of it. Family run business that is amazing! Every detail is gone over with you by professionals and very friendly and knowledgeable ones. Every step of the way was amazing. They covered everything from calling me they said they would call... always on time.... and honestly one of the best service providers I have ever worked with. DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE!!! Thank you Johanna and Louis!!!!

Toilet clogged in the middle of the night. Round plunger and elongated bowl. No suction. Called Johana from City Plumbing and Rooter. Squeezed us in to get the job done. Wife just texted me and said the technician (s)were amazing. With all that is going on right now. Nice to have good people to help in times like this (we only have one bathroom!). Thanks again Johana and City Plumbing and Rooter.

Our toilet flodded today, and City Plumbing came out quickly and fixed it for a great price. The employees were friendly too. I will be calling them next time I need a plumber!

It's been a while since I've felt the need to actually post a review, good or bad, but City Plumbing deserved one. Long-story, but will try to keep it short...ceiling leak in my condo started on a Friday (being on the 1st floor s*cks). Plumber called in by HOA hemmed and hawed, Saturday plumber went MIA. It's now Sunday, so I was desperate to find a plumber ASAP. Rooted around Yelp! and City Plumbing was there. Dog in logo, so gave it a try (because that's how my brain works).

Got an appointment right quick. Thomas showed up on time and was extremely sympathetic and friendly. He quickly was able to assess the situation, found the source, then got to work. It took pretty much all day (maybe 7 hours), but it got done and the leak got fixed.

I have to say, I now feel like I don't have make a rolling list of calls to different shops, and then crossing my fingers for a good plumber. City Plumbing will be my go-to for any plumbing issues (no offense, but I hope there aren't many more). I will obviously be recommending them to friends and anyone who asks from now on.

From Tonya who answered the phone and made sure to follow-up with arrival updates, to Thomas (and Paul) who showed up to fix the problem quickly and thoroughly, I have to say these guys were great.
