Chris is AMAZING! Why? He took the time to listen to our concerns. Pin point where our slab leak was coming from and give us an honest estimate of how much it would cost. City plumber made it easy for us to get paperwork over so our insurance could cover the claim. Chris was dependable, friendly and worked in a timely manner to get our slab leak fixed. We plan to use Chris in the future as we plan to have gas installed in our kitchen and have hopefully a new water heater installed. I highly recommend City Plumber. Staff is professional and on time. If most people had as good as an experience that we did with Chris at City Plumber I think they would call at the first signs of trouble.

Great service. I called on a Tuesday afternoon with a non-urgent issue for my dishwasher and Chris was there Wednesday morning. Fixed my problem quickly and for an affordable price. Plus, the service came with a warranty. I'll definitely call them again for all of my future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

City Plumber (Chris, assisted by his brother) just did some work in my home (tankless water heater). He was recommended by my neighbor, who had similar work done and was very pleased, and Chris provided a solid estimate after assessing my needs. I highly recommend this company. The owner Chris is professional, energetic and friendly. He repaired an outdoor storm drain and an indoor sink drain with great care and skill. He might consider offering a range of estimates for work contingent on the problems that might arise.

Chris has taken care of two plumbing issues at our house in PB, and I couldn't recommend him more. He arrives on time, is genuinely friendly, and clearly has a ton of experience plumbing. Both our shower and our toilet were leaking water and needed parts replaced immediately, and he had them both repaired and operational within minutes of the appointment. Whether we have another plumbing emergency or just run of the mill problems, Chris is our guy.

This rating is only for their poor scheduling done through email which normally works fine, only they also cancelled the appointment time through email instead of an easy text or phone call. They penciled us in for a time slot said they'd txt when they're on their way, then 3 days later they sent a follow up email and then gave the slot to someone else. Unprofessional.
