I had a completely stopped kitchen sink. I had another plumber come out and snake it for $200. It took him a while to get the drain clear, and he said most likely I'll have to replace the pipes. Within a week, the sink stopped draining again. Rather than opening up the siding (original from 1941 and in great shape) to replace the pipes, I thought I'll snake it one more time, but with a more professional plumber. I saw the great reviews about City of Surf Plumbing, so I called. Nui sent over two guys within minutes. It cost me $333, but they snaked both to the main and straight down from the faucet, and said I had blockage both directions. They also showed me my pipes on the camera. And they said if I do have to replace the pipes they can do it from the inside without removing the siding. I felt really good about the job they did and will definitely call again in the future as needed.

Yesterday was the second time we've called Nui for plumbing issues in our SC rental house. This time it was for a slow drain, which he troubleshooted and solved right away. But on the same visit he addressed a dripping shower and determined that the valve needed replacing, as well as a leak where the water entered the house so he replaced the old main ball valve. Despite the unexpected issues, all the work was done within the day, including trips to pick up the needed parts. And he kept me fully informed along the way. We've used a number of plumbers over the years in the area; Nui is now our go-to guy.

We were lucky to find City of Surf Plumbing for a last minute repair to a shower which needed a water pressure balance valve. We called a few other companies, but no one even returned our calls. City of Surf Plumbing not only returned our call, but was able to come out and do the work within a few days. They were super courteous, gave us a very fair price and explained everything to us along the way. We couldn't recommend them enough.

I had some copper pipes moved up on my house and the job was so beautifully completed . I also had an exterior on demand hot water heater cleaned and also was very happy. The owner is so honest and always on time which I really appreciated. The owner, Nui, is so easy to talk to, and just an all-around great person.
