Beware!!!! They are scammers, first of all they are claiming their office is in 591 City Island Avenue. I contacted the supervisor Mr. Hernandez and he insist that his office is located in 591 City Island Avenue in the Bronx and this is the Sea Shore Restaurant is not their office, They are not honest, they came to my home to fix my boiler, they just did some wiring and did not fix anything and $1,300.00 later the job was not done. I have been calling their number and they just keep giving me the run around and nobody get back to me. The supervisor Hernandez stated that for them to come back I have to pay $85.00 to check what their own technicians did wrong. Don't trust them and don't fall in their trap. They do not deserve not even one star. THE ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Main line clogged In basement. These guys are not even licensed plumbers. The guy came downstairs, told it was a disgusting job and we would have to pay maximum price because it was raw sewage- that's a plumbers job!
He started, broke his tools and told us it was our fault. They tried to charge us maximum price again when he could not compPete the job. We got attitude beyond belief. Called Roto-rooter!

Be mindful that if you call these guys you're going to get hit with an $85.00 fee just to get them to come out, plus a $260. hourly labor fee. Parts are extra. I'm giving them a low rating for their excessive fees, and not being up front about the cost. The ""technician"" they sent out took almost 4 hours to replace a simple faucet on the bathroom sink, and install a shower head. He was supposed to fix a leaky bathtub faucet leak, instead, whatever he did resulted in the faucet now leaking water when running. As a consequence of this, we now need to repair the ceiling in the living room below the bathroom, from the new leak. If I could rate them lower than one star I would. Consumer beware!

Contracted out a plumber. Installed an apparently sub-par faucet on april 15th. We were not given the receipt for the faucet and was told the faucet had a six month warranty. After 3 months and two weeks the faucet started leaking - called for repair and was told the faucet had a 90 day warranty and they could 'fix' the problem for a call out fee of $85 plus parts! Stay away from this business.
