When we initially called the number, the receptionist was very polite and thorough when scheduling for somebody to come out and fix our leaky washer. David and Rigo echoed the good vibes we got from Marisol who initially answered our call, as they came to our home and got the job done. The craftsmanship was great, quick, fairly priced, and exactly what we needed (a couple of other plumbers came and band-aided the issue, but City Base Plumbing RESOLVED it.) Very happy customers, don't hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs you may have.

We are very impressed! Over the years we've had a lot of work done on our house, and hands down, this was the best interaction we've ever had.
The customer service was fantastic, the price was reasonable, and the work done was excellent. We had the plumbing for a toilet and sink moved as well as updated the plumbing for the shower drain and water lines. The work was done quickly and cleanly. The guys were very respectful and they communicated clearly and were able to do everything that we needed. Great job!

I can not say enough good things about this company. I was told it's hard to find an honest plumber; well, I found a whole company of honest plumbers. With our recent weather, we had a busted pipe. When I called, I really expected the worst, but what I found was caring, professional human beings that were willing to do whatever they could to help us out. From the front office (I wish I could remember the lady's name because she deserves praise) to the guys who showed up with wrenches in hand, they were fantastic. The front office kept me informed, was polite, understanding and made me feel like they cared about us instead of it being a simple business transaction. The guys, Angel and Elisha, were just as awesome. They knew what they were doing, worked fast, explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. They were also willing to laugh and joke around with me late on a Friday night, in freezing temperatures while crawling underneath a 100 year old home to fix 100 year old pipes. In the end, I could not have been happier. I should add that I was shocked by the price....it was crazy fair and way less than I expected on such a night. They didn't take advantage of the situation at all. Good neighbors and good people

This is the third time we've needed to call City Base Plumbing. They never fail to give us the best service. Hector not only fixed the shower leak, but replaced the plastic part with a sturdier brass one. Very impressive. Service price is reasonable. Thanks to Marisol who takes our calls and schedules the appointments. Flawless people skills.

After inspecting my water heater, they said they were ordering a part and would come back to install it. No part came. When following up, they said no part was ordered. That I was told I need to get an electrician to have my circuit breaker checked. Nothing was said about this at the time of the visit. They lied to me and wasted my time. I would not recommend this company.

Although I did not go with this plumbing company for the repair, the rating is based solely on the service provided by the estimators.

The level of detail and communication about the plumbing system, and repair was bar none the best education compared to any other plumbing estimate that stopped by my home that day.

Both gentleman were well dressed, professional, and communicated in a way that the customer can understand.
