We were faced with Laura, a Cat 4 hurricane, coming to Houston and I was so worried about these 3 windows on the second floor of my house, pretty high up there (above a staircase), that I wouldn't be able to get to to put plastic on in case projectiles busted through the windows. Geovanny, as busy as he is, was kind enough to come by this morning before the storm was supposed to hit, and placed boards on those windows, giving me much relief. His price was very reasonable. He's an awesome person & great handyman, who I will continue to use in the future and refer to all my friends & acquaintances. The storm is headed in another direction now, but we are still going to get strong winds and I've decided to keep these boards up until the end of Hurricane season for peace of mind. Geovanny the business owner stopped by and fixed multiple light fixtures and went above and beyond in addressing other issues he saw that would need fixing. He never once pressured for it to get done nor did he charge extra for his great insight and advice. When I asked how long it would take to get the call-back, Jennifer didn't know. They never called back and they never showed, no explanation given. Terrible way to treat a customer!

City and Beyond not only describes their geographical reach, it also describes their work ethics! They go above and beyond to solve their customer's issue, keep it to the point, no efforts to sell extra services, and a fair pricing (which they don't negotiate and I love that). Oh another thing I would like to share is that I was looking up electricians in my neighborhood. They showed up at the top of the list, had good reviews, so I thought i will reach out to them. I reached out to a few others as well. All of the others said they could come the following Tuesday (this happened on a Saturday). These guys responded within 10 minutes and were at my place within an hour. They came, checked the circuit breaker, went and bought a new one, and replaced it along with checking the others. Every step in the process was smooth and I would hire them again, not just for electrical work but for any of the many services they provide! Highly recommend them!

PS: Geovanny came along with 2 of his staff - Carlos and Josue. They were all very professional and nice to talk to!
