I think there are more deserving businesses our there.

I ended up calling Option One Plumbing. The clog issues was resolved in no time and was under $70.

Matt is very nice but unfortunately, I can't give Citrus Valley Plumbing a great rating. We asked Matt to look at two issues: a leaky bathtub faucet and a toilet that didn't flush properly. Matt came to our home twice, but his solutions didn't work for us.

We told him our bathtub faucet still leaked and our toilet still did not flush properly. On his second visit, Matt decided to order a product for our toilet. We waited to hear from him but eventually had to ask for a status update. The product for the toilet did come in, but it didn't help much. Matt also told us the bathtub leak could either: be fixed by replacing the faucet or be a major plumbing problem that would be very costly (it involved tearing out tile and walls). We were leaving soon for a week and decided to have the faucet replaced.

When we came back, the bathtub faucet was pouring out water. There was no way to stop the flow. And the faucet would not turn all the way to the right. While discussing the problems over the phone, Matt suggested we have another plumber come out to get a second opinion. Think about this: our faucet is functioning worse than ever and he basically tells us to find another plumber. Thankfully, the faucet he tried to fix was for the tub. if the leak had been somewhere else, our home could have had water damage.

We did have another plumber come out and, within 15 minutes, the bathtub faucet was fixed. We videotaped the whole process - along with the comments made by the second plumber indicating what was wrong. The part Matt installed was bad. Oh -we paid the second plumber too. And we paid Matt.

The toilet is still not working properly, but the second plumber did not look at the toilet. At this point, we were mostly concerned with the bathtub faucet.

We told Matt about the faulty part. We told him we videotaped the replacement of the part. We told him the new part works fine. No offers of refund. No apology.

The bottom line: There are other plumbing businesses in the Redlands area with good reputations that have been in business for years. We're sticking with those going forward.

Prior to Matt, we had the same plumber for many years. Unfortunately, that person has retired.

We're glad so many others have had a great experience with Citrus Valley Plumbing. We chose Citrus Valley Plumbing based on the positive reviews here. We are clearly the exception and would have very much preferred a positive experience. It would have been a lot less expensive.

I highly recommend Matt and Citrus Valley Plumbing. I called him out for a tankless water heater flush and to fix my master shower head that had poor water pressure and no hot water after 10 minutes. After inspecting my tankless water heater he said it didn't need to be flushed and he improved the water pressure throughout my house. His price was more than fair for the time he spent and considering he didn't even need to do the majority of work I called for, I wanted to pay him more!!

Contacted Citrus Valley Plumbing to replace my aging water heater. Even though it was still working fine it had exceeded its life expectancy. Matt came to the house removed the old water heater and replaced it with a similar new water heater. The installation was very professional and clean. I will recommend them to friends and family.

I had the sewer pipe out of the house backed up with water coming back into the house and I tried to resolve the problem by myself but quickly realized I needed help. We looked up Citrus Plumbing on Yelp and decided to call. I called Matt late on Saturday night and we agreed it could wait until morning. He was prompt the next morning and had the line snaked and clean within minutes. He did an excellent job and even gave us a discount for bring willing to wait until morning. Thanks Matt!
