Our tankless water heater gave out and we initially got a quote from a competitor in Venice. A friend recommended we call Citrus Plumbing . We are very happy that we did. They came that day and were able to install the new water heater the next day! Chris came and was very nice, professional, efficient, cleaned up after the work and explained everything in detail to us. We ended up saving $700 because the other quote was outrageous. We will definitely be using and recommending Citrus Plumbing in the future.

Nice guy but if their reputation is their business then they didn't do any work and just took my money. All he had to do was flip a switch and if they feel that represents $45 of work then that is on their conscience. Maybe 20$ to come knock on my door but I don't think $45 is a fair price for flipping a switch.

Quick to respond. Professional in all aspects. All work that was done was done perfectly and in a timely manner. Pricing of water heater replacement and other work done at the time of their visit was very reasonable. Work sight clean when they left. John, Lisa and Brian were great. We used Citrus twice to fix our clogged pipes and repair a broken one. They are very professional. Seems like they may cost a little more than say Babes, but like they say you get what you pay for. They are reliable and do quality work. Their response time can be a little slow, but I would use them again.

No hot water Friday afternoon. Four year old hot water heater so took manuals recommendation to call the original installer. Left message Friday afternoon and next Tuesday morning. No reply at all! Then called Citrus Plumbing. Lisa was great and had a technician here within four hours! The guys who solved our problem were very professional and courteous. Fairly new in Venice but we have found a plumber!
