It all started as a dream for the four Cisneros Brothers, who wanted to pursue a trade they inherited from their father. The CEO of Cisneros Brothers Plumbing has spent most of his life as a plumber. Growing up, he went on jobs with his father, who was the community plumber. He absorbed his skills at his father’s side and witnessed his father’s passion for the work and the people he served. He observed his dad’s commitment to treating customers with respect and integrity while diligently completing tasks. The business remains in the family, and we take pride in serving our customers with the same care and consideration that he showed.
Joined the team at Cisneros Brothers Plumbing Inc. in 2008. Obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of California, Riverside in 2000.

My garbage disposal had been leaking for a few days and slowly got worst. I have been incredibly busy at work and could not find time to find a plumber, but remembered that Cisneros Brothers Plumbing did well the last time I called and scheduled a new appointment.
Cristian introduced himself and Anthony and upon arrival, went straight to work. Cristian took a look at my other sink and Anthony took a look at the pressure before taking a look at the garbage disposal.
Cristian informed me, as suspected, that a replacement was needed. Anthony and Cristian went straight to work and I appreciate the time and effort into replacing it. As I worked in the living room, they quickly installed and tested everything.
I asked Anthony a few questions to educate myself on the new installation.
They did a great job!

Great speedy service from the technicians we had Jonny and Anthony! Our crappy rheem water heater went out after only 7.5 years and these 2 technicians came out to assist and did a great job! Anthony even reinforced the water heater correctly in the event of an earthquake (the people that made the house did it incorrectly unfortunately). And Jonny came the very next day to add the last part we needed. We were told the Bradford White Defender water heater is a better brand and would last us a good while if we keep up with the yearly maintenance that we added on and we are hoping to get 20-25+ years (hopefully more) out of the new one. Only downside was the cost, pricey but we needed this cant take cold showers in this cold weather. Thanks Anthony & Jonny very professional and nice dudes!

I had a problem with my water heater not working so I called Cisneros brother's plumbing. The technician that they sent out was Cristian. He diagnosed the issue in a timely manner and got it fixed. I am very happy with the services. I highly recommend Cristian.

Now, I cannot say they did much work being that they hired a 3rd party contractor to re-pipe my home and install a tankless water heater. My home was built prior to 1980 and Cisneros policy outlines that homes built prior to 1985 have to be tested for asbestos which runs about $800. Rather than pay for a test we went ahead and treated the home as if it did have asbestos. They charged $2,500 for this service and brought in another 3rd party company to do the work being that Cisneros is not licensed to handle asbestos. My insurance paid for the test due to the water damage and their own policy, our home came back ""hot"" as they call it for asbestos. All was well until another leak resulting from improper installation occurred. This required repairing the damaged wall and floor. However, even after telling the contractors worker NOT TO OPEN THE WALLS WITHOUT THE ABATEMENT COMPANY, they were opened. This caused an asbestos disturbance that ultimately left us homeless for 4/5 months while my home was chemically cleaned and all our porous (electronics & fabric) items were disposed of. All expenses were covered by us and we are still in the process of being reimbursed.
Even after uprooting our lives and leaving us homeless for 4/5 months, having to get rid of all our electronics (including all kitchen appliances)and fabric items (clothes and all), and exposing 2 adults, 1 toddler, and 3 dogs to asbestos, a CANCER CAUSING MINERAL, Cisneros is still refusing to give us a discount on account of ""the work was completed"" and ""they are making us whole by having everything go through their insurance"" and they can't offer a discount being that ""their insurance rates will go up due to this incident""
This type of business mindset is poor and rotten. I am certain if any of them were in my position they would expect the current bill to be either 100% forgiven or at least 50%. I guess that's what you get from an award winning company.
Also, if you had any patch work in your home completed by Cisneros or their 3rd part contractors, double check that they properly insulated your outside facing walls. I caught a worker patching up an outside facing walls without properly insulating it. This is a 3rd party contractor who they have used for several projects. The excuse the supervisor gave me was that ""he was in a hurry"" so if they tried to do it to me, then it has definitely happened to others. If your electric bill has gone up since having work completed by Cisneros where exterior facing walls required patching up, then you may be missing insulation.
The work outlined below ran me $19,985.

throughout home. Cut out drywall at each fixture location. Install new aqua pex piping through the walls and attic to each fixture. Install new quarter turn angle stops with stainless steel supply lines for all faucets and toilets. Install A.W. Bibs and exterior hose bibs at the appropriate locations. Install new Moen pressure balanced shower valves with chrome trim. Install new ball valve shut off and a pressure reducing valve. Insulate and strap all necessary piping in the attic and inside walls. Includes drywall patch and texture to match, no paint. Includes city/county permits.
Asbestos testing will be required on any residence built prior to 1985 (if tests come back positive, abatement will be required by abatement company). 5 year warranty on labor. 25 year manufacturer warranty on aqua pex.""

Our plumber,Rene,was polite and very informative .Went above and beyond.I called another plumber but was told they couldn't send anyone until Monday,today being Friday,Rene came out the same day we called.

I contacted Cisneros Bros. after my A/C leaked into my bedrooms. Davion was out within the hour & assessed the damage & gave me 2 options. I couldn't make a decision at the time because the A/C repair co had not been out yet to see what was causing the pouring water. Davion hooked up 2 dehumidifiers to start the dry out process, at No Charge for 3 days...who does that!! I was impressed.
He came by for the next 2 days to monitor the progress. After the A/C was fixed, Davion came back and thoroughly explained the process of testing & remediation of the damage.
Happy to say everything went well & I was able to do the less expensive route thanks to they're quick response. Davion & his team did a great job & I would highly recommend them.

We had our water heater go out on a Sunday morning. I thought that finding a plumber that would answer their phone would be challenging. I was surprised to find that a very professional, kind Cisneros representative answered quickly. She made an appointment for Anthony to arrive by early afternoon on a Sunday. Anthony was professional and informative. He quoted us a price that was more than I anticipated, but did a great job articulating the work that would be done to justify his quote. Anthony wore shoes covers when entering the house. This small gesture is big when a contractor comes into a home that we have worked so hard to maintain. The install of a new water heater was done professionally. It included a complete review of the work done. Anthony provided his cell # for any follow up. Good Experience!
