Ended up with a water leak at the meter box (around noon 12-10-2024). Called Cisneros Brothers. Cristian arrived shortly after. Victor soon joined and my issue was completely resolved, same day. They explained everything before starting. They were good-natured, very knowledgeable, and efficient. Great customer service... thank you, Cristian and Victor. Greatly appreciated.

We had the best experience with our Cisneros team! Our home unfortunately suffered a lot of damage from a flood and from the very beginning Angel and his team took very good care of us and our home. We originally had a different restoration company come out and they left our home in a pretty bad state. Once we contacted Cisneros Bros for a new restoration quote and they sent Angel out, it was a completely different experience. He genuinely cares for his costumers and is so informative on every step they take. They take pride in the work they do and it really shows, all the demo we had done was so clean and left exactly how we wanted. Even from the pack out, they took care of everything themselves and handled all our furniture with care. I called to geta quote
To change 2 faucets and 1 shut off valve kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Scheduling was easy the quote process was extensive they took pictures, tested water pressure and tested chlorine in water. Technicians were polite, professional, and informative. However, they wanted to charge me $2,335 to change 2 faucets and 1 shut off valve. I told them it was too high i would need to speak to landlord I said how much for just 1 they said $775 I said that's over my budget they said what about $355 for just one shut off valve. I wasn't able to get a hold of my husband to ask if it was a good price but seeing how it took so long to get the quote and I have a special needs son to take care of I decided to go with it. When husband came home I told him he said that was way too high they ripped us off. I called around and it was way too high a plumber quoted me $85 per shut off so that comes out to $170. That being said I will never use their service again and I hope they get what comes to them for taking advantage of people.
