Back in 2006 I installed my own tankless water heater. While functional, it was an ugly kludge of plumbing connections and fittings. It served its purpose, but it was breaking down and in need of a complete refresh. Ciscos Plumbing scoped it out, told me exactly what was needed to do the job right and more importantly, get it up to code.

The work was exactly as described, no surprises and they were efficient but very thorough. I could not be happier with the results. And the gents were very friendly and stayed on task even though it was super hot out.

Francisco was the best of the many contractors I worked with on a major house remodel. We did a complete water repipe with copper, and a full gas repipe as well. We also had brand new drains installed for the bathrooms and kitchen. We also got a new water heater installed.

Throughout the entire process, Cisco and his team were professional and honest workers. When we had issues, Cisco went above and beyond to find the root cause and fix it, even if it was caused by someone else. He repaired both a gas and sewer leak that were caused by other issues.

Cisco is great. My kitchen sink is clogged and I have tried many ways to snake it by myself before calling knockout plumbing & repipe. Cisco comes on time, very polite and knowledgable, not only solve the problem but also let me know the correct way to using a drain snake. Cisco also give me extra information about dealing with old house with old plumbing system. Good job with reasonable price. Francisco did a fantastic job on my sink replacement. He was one of very few plumbers who agreed to do it in the first place because it required my granite countertop to be cut. He was super punctual and, although the job was much more difficult and took a lot longer than initially expected (he had to literally cut out my old cast iron sink), he stuck to his original, very competitive price. The end result was beautiful and it feels like we have a new kitchen! No question - I'll be using Edwin for my plumbing needs going forward.

After doing renovations to our home we had found that we had a pretty nasty leak. We were very anxious about further problems if we did not take care of this ASAP. Asked for recommendations from my family and they brought me to Ciscos Plumbing! Francisco came out and asked the necessary questions, giving a whole walkthrough/details. Looked into the crawl space and where we originally found the leak which was the garage. Then he was actually able to figure out the leak was in the dishwasher, the garage and dishwasher or connected on other side of walls. I will definitely be using them again. My water heater went out so I called Ciscos Plumbing. They were fast to respond and fixed my water heater. His pricing was more than fair than the other companies that had quoted me, definitely a great guy who's honest.

Extremely nice and even texted with us multiple times to make sure everything is prepared for our installation appointment. He came out and talked with us, explaining the options and answering our questions. He arrived on time for the installation. We found Ciscos plumbing through a FB recommendation and could not be happier with our experience. Cisco was very responsive and was able to give us a quote on our dishwasher install based on pictures we sent via text. He was very reasonable and friendly. He always responded in a professional and courteous manner. There was a small gap after the dishwasher was installed, so he turned around and came right back to fix it! He also saved us money after the contractors from Samsung said we needed additional parts, which we actually did not need!

Ciscos plumbing picked up right away and did their thing! We have had a terrible clog with our bathroom sink and i tried to fix it myself but that didn't go to well. I reached out to Ciscos Plumbing this morning and Francisco was able to come over within an hour of making my initial call. Well, Francisco came over and within a 30 minute window it was repaired. I would absolutely recommend Ciscos plumbing!
