Ciro was wonderful! He confirmed his morning appointment twice, respected us by taking off his shoes, was clear about costs, then replaced the rusted pipe, drainer, and faucet. Invoice PDF was available on the same day and he accepted Zelle.

He even brought us replacement parts, so we didn't have to figure that out by ourselves.

Ciro provided fast and reliable service. He showed us what was wrong and told us what had to be done. He was informative every step of the way which was helpful because I thought I was dealing with a simple clog. When he showed us the camera feed of the sewage line, I knew it was a lot more than a minor blockage. He pulled out the water jet to flush the sewer line and all was well. I wouldn't have known what any of this meant a week ago. I've already recommended his services to a friend.

Wow, the most detail-oriented plumber I've had so far. He was kind enough to notice that it was a no shoe household and offered to remove his shoes before entering. It probably depends on the type of fix requested, but mine was a clogged bathtub drain. He came during the one hour time window and finished within that timeframe, too. He was careful not to scratch any surfaces, (unlike previous plumbers) and wiped down surfaces once he was done. And the price was great, too!

More importantly , he responded to my request immediately. First through email, then texting . We scheduled his visit at my convenience, and he showed up at the exact time estimated. I had written to many handyman services. Most of whom didn't get back to me, some were quite costly, and one who failed to show up at the appointed time. Ciro of Handyman Guy was different. He wrote back to me immediately, he physically came over to assess what had to be completed. He offered an estimate and worked within my budget. He was professional, polite, speedy, fair, punctual, and very neat. He vacuumed and cleaned all the areas after his work was done. I had a number of items to address in a short amount of time (from hanging hooks and shades to the installation of an exhaust fan and stabilizing a marble slab in my entryway) and he worked with my schedule and did everything beautifully. After some bad experiences with other services, I'm so happy to have found Ciro and Handyman Guy. I highly recommend this business to everyone who wants reliable and excellent service. I will be recommending Ciro to all my neighbors.

I started discussing the project I had with Ciro back in April. I needed someone to add mesh to the bottom of my fence line to deal with rats coming from neighboring yards. This required digging up a garden and trying to preserve the 70 year old plants along the fence line. He took a look at the job and gave a very reasonable price. Ciro did the work in one day, came on time, prepared with his own tools and left the job site in a clean fashion (and he provided me with a receipt). A true professional. Brooklyn is in the need of a good handyman and I think they found one. I look forward to using Ciro again in the future.
