Victor is seriously one of the best plumbers I've ever hired. I had an issue with a rental I manage -- after the tenant moved out, the tub just wasn't draining at all. I called two other plumbers (both with a ton of 5-star Yelp reviews) and they showed up with all their fancy equipment and still couldn't figure it out. One even suggested jackhammering the floor! Luckily, a friend gave me Victor's number. He came by, took a look, and had it sorted out in like 25 minutes. Total legend. Appreciate you :)

I have used Victor four times now for various plumbing issues from a slow flushing toilet, shower valve replacements and a tankless water heater install. Each time Victor has done a great job at fixing the problem. I like that he explains the issues in details and provides options in a clear and understandable way. This helps me with deciding how to go forward.

He doesn't try to give you a hard sale, just his honest opinions on possible ways to go forward.

I am writing this long overdue recommendation for Victor at Circulation Plumbing. I was referred to Victor a few years ago when I had a gas leak. Despite never having worked with him before, he promptly came out that evening, checked under the house. He not only fixed the gas leak but also coordinated with the gas company to ensure everything was thoroughly resolved.

Since then, I have continually relied on Victor's expertise for various plumbing needs. He installed a tankless water heater, updated the plumbing when I remodeled my bathrooms, and most recently, replaced the old pipes.

Victor is exceptionally knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain every step of the process. He is also incredibly reliable, consistently arriving on time and readily available for emergencies. No matter when I call, Victor promptly assesses the situation, provides his recommendations, and offers a reasonable estimate.

In addition to his technical skills, Victor maintains a clean work environment, demonstrates honesty, and exhibits kindness in all his interactions. I will continue to rely on Victor for any future plumbing needs and am happy to recommend him to others.

Victor is everything you would want in a plumber: Honest, polite, smart, works efficiently, communicates extremely well, and his estimates are always on point. He fixes the issue, sends pictures, and if there is something that could be an issue he lets you know. Never the hard sell - just an honest assessment. Five stars are not enough for Victor! He is by far the best plumber I have ever had. And I had one that was excellent for years until he passed away. Been through some bad ones ,too! I can tell you that. And some mediocre ones. Victor worked with our schedule to replumb my house and he gave me a very reasonable, price. He was totally professional and very personable. When he was finished, which was done sooner than quoted , He had gone above and beyond doing extras for us. When he was finished, one would not have known he was even there. Very clean and organized. I almost hate to recommend him in case I can't get him back because he will be so busy lol.!

I bought a washing machine and the installers couldn't turn off the water valves easily, they said they were corroded, and they refused to install the machine. I called Victor and he came over the next day to take a look. He looked at the valves, ascertained they were fine, turned them off, and unhooked the washing machine tubes. At this point, I was already so happy that my valves were fine and I could get my washing machine installed. Then, Victor looked at the naked valves and said he didn't feel good about leaving them like that, so took one of the water hoses and connected off both valves in order to catch any leaks. Then he refused payment! I finally got him to take some money for his time. He has earned all of my plumbing business from here on out!

I requested inspection of my plumbing for possible leaks. Victor was really responsive scheduling. He took pride in his work and kept me informed through the entire visit, giving videos and pictures of our possible plumbing issues. He was also honest about what work was urgent. Couldn't be happier!
