Our building needed to have the catch basins and drains cleaned or rebuilt. I was referred to Johnny and his crew at Circle Sewer & Drainage by the great folks at Crawford Supply on Pulaski in Chicago. Johnny came over and looked over everything that needed to be done and gave me a quote that was, thankfully, MUCH less than I'd expected. He and his crew showed up on time, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up after they were done...

The sewer gas smells that were permeating the area are gone and the rainwater drains beautifully without backing up into the basement areas...

Wouldn't hesitate to call them again for other properties.

These guys came out to rod my main line. They charged me double because they needed to reposition the rodding line (removed it and reinserted it). On top of this, they were not successful in addressing the clog. I called my regular plumber, and the main line was properly cleaned out for 25% of the price these guys charged (and they are cash only). Avoid these guys at all costs.

I called Circle regarding an issue with basement flooding. They came the morning after I called them, Brian showed up 10 minutes early even! He went thru all the possibilities of issues- figures out a remedy and plan, and gave me a very fair and competitive price for the work. The following morning Brian showed up, again, on time, with 2 additional men, both had been working in plumbing for many years. They replaced a pipe in my front yard, many hours of digging/ then rodding and camera checked all my pipes. Because Brian had made sure to request the city inspection right away, there was not much delay in waiting. When everything was completed, they put my garden back together- and it barely looked like anyone had done work there! I would definitely recommend Circle- I felt on more than one count, they went above and beyond! Thank You!

I had this Circle Sewer company help install a flood control. It's being 6 years of constant hell. The electric has never work correctly. Now I have re-dig the my cement pad and get the electrical system put in. The pump was also not installed right and it has failed.

They did a terrible job. Installed a sump pump incorrectly causing my house to flood and they wouldn't take responsibility for the damages even though they agree they put the sump pump in wrong.

These guys are great. Doing a renovation on my home and whenever you open a wall another problem turns up. This time we needed pieces of the sewer vent replaced due to rust...these guys came out gave a fair price and came in the next day without any hassle or issues. Got right to work and got it done. Great job. Circle is my go to for any plumbing issues!

The line in about an hour and a half, cleaned up and charged $165. Very pleased I found an honest and great rodding company! Will have them back again next year
