I experienced an unpleasant interaction with this company. The team seem dishonest.

Initially, I believed I was a estimate for services, but the company logged it as a service request. As there was nothing to service, the worker promised me a estimate for the new boiler and walked away.

Mark at the office right away contacted me requesting a fee of the service call. Mark's rudeness, poor manners, and consideration left me to be left in need of to cleanse myself.

As a result, I will never do business with this company again, and I advise you do not either.

I had a really bad experience with Circle Plumbing & Heating. The customer service on the phone and face-to-face was unacceptable.

An employee came to my place to inspect why my heater wouldn't shut off. The technician could not address the issue, but we paid for the service anyway.

We remained, so the owner came out and charged me again for a service call, even though the manager offered no solution. The technician simply stated that my heating system was functioning as intended - he turned off a lever on my heater and advised me to turn it back on in the winter!

That was crazy. They billed me again and was threatened with collections if I failed to settle.

The representative over the phone was really unpleasant as well. I will not return to Circle Plumbing & Heating again. It was simply awful.

Back in 2014, I found myself in need of a sump pump due to excessive water accumulation in the crawl space. The technician was unable to set the pump since he preferred to stay dry. Therefore, I reached out to Circle Plumbing & Heating to complete the task!

I was contacted from the technician at noon who notified me he would arrive at 12:30. Myself went from work to get back by that time.

Now, it is five minutes past one and I am still waiting. I reached out to him and he explained he would require another quarter of an hour before he could make it.

Subsequently, I called Circle Plumbing & Heating's support line and shared my problem to the representative. She responded, "This is the reason we provide two-hour time frames."

I then voiced my issue that if the plumber calls me with a specific time, he should arrive as promised. If he is unable, he should at least inform me that he is delayed.

The support agent did not seem to be concerned. Keep in mind that in my case, Circle Plumbing & Heating did not arrive as expected.

I found that support from Circle Plumbing & Heating leaves much to be desired. I got an estimate via a phone call and scheduled the work for next week. After waiting for 1.5 hours, I called them to find out that they overlooked to get me scheduled.

I set up another appointment for another week out, and the technician showed up but performed an estimate. He was unable to complete the task, but he suggested to set up another time to actually do the work.

I called to cancel all work due to issues with communication and their seeming disregard for the time I invested, and the response was simply "OK, thanks." Maybe they are good plumbers, but I'll never know.

I believe little responsibility for the company's work. The service manager stated that they back parts they place but if I inquired about warranting their efforts, he restated 'parts'.

I have had multiple technicians come here working to address problems that started from a simple check-up on a functioning boiler system conducted by their technician. The service manager says there was a significant air bubble in the system that had to be drained, which he executed.

Some of the techs claimed that the system vented air, removing the need to drain it. Additionally, he thinks a pump is failing, but they departed before completing the repair, which sealed their total failure and that was their most prudent decision. Furthermore, there was little customer service skills displayed.

I had an friendly technician, however the technician showed up one hour late. He addressed three small tasks, and the work required four and a half hours to wrap up. Two and a half hours were billed for overtime. They charged $200 for each hour worked. When he left, my household was left with a lack of hot water. He did not reopen the three valves nor did not relight the heating unit. I realized around late at night, along with three small leaks, which meant I needed a follow-up visit, obviously. Plumber #2 resolved the work and lied to my face. He stated the part was discontinued. In the end, he acknowledged that he simply did not have the item on his truck. Circle Plumbing & Heating mentioned they would review the excessive overtime charges. I am yet to receive a response.

I called the team at Circle due to the property I rent was experiencing a pipe leak. The following day, a technician arrived to address the problem. He reported a tiny hole. Later that evening, the tenant reported water flowing down like a waterfall. I contacted the team at Circle without delay. The after hours plumber informed me he couldn't assure that he could make the repair and recommended I reach out again the next day. I did and the team told me a plumber would arrive between 10 and noon. The plumber arrived at 2:00 and discovered a split in the pipe measuring one and a half feet and indicated that a p trap was needed for the upper-level washer. The repairs were completed. Then a couple of days later, when the upper level tenant used the clothes washer, the water began leaking again onto the lower level tenant. Thus, a third plumber was dispatched. He found a 6-inch split in the pipe. He mentioned that raw sewage spilled on him. I felt terrible for him. He ordered a carpet cleaner to come. Eventually, I found out that it was never raw sewage but rather gray water and he was advised about the terminology regarding gray water. That plumber also ordered a drain snake treatment. Ultimately, the issue seems resolved and all is good. I kept in touch with the office regarding billing and other matters upon receiving the final invoice it claimed that after-hours services were rendered when in fact there was never after hour work performed. Same bill stated that if I did not pay by the next day that the bill total would increase and I would be turned in to a collection agency. I called immediately to pay and was told that the sender of that email bill message had left early. I called the next day and was able to pay the bill. I mentioned that I wasn't accustomed to receiving a first bill with threats of collections. It took three plumbers to make the repairs and and then the billing process was handled poorly. I would not recommend them. Ultimately, it became clear that the plumber who finally fixed the leak neglected to cap the pipe. Eventually, stinky fumes started to emit from the repair area. My tenant was reluctant to inform me because she often delays her rent payment and was worried about being labeled a complainer. The smell became unbearable, and she eventually had to tell me. I immediately had a drain cleaning company come over and the technician identified the uncapped pipe. He sealed the pipe and solved the problem. The cost was $135. I forwarded the bill to the staff at Circle. I received no response. I reached out to Ken, the owner. No reply. They ought to refund me the $135 I spent on another company to cap the pipe that they failed to cap. I regret that my tenant had to deal with the unpleasant odor.

I reached out to Circle Plumbing & Heating for a “Free Quote” as stated on their web page. Once I gave my details, I was informed that they charge $75 for quotes in Eagle River, which is around 20 miles from their office. I find no reason to reach out to them again!
