Terrible customer service. Ordered parts and scheduled service to have parts installed. Tech came out and didn't have the right parts but charged me for a call out anyways. Management made no apologies or offer to order the right parts and install them for free.

Rude customer service and terrible phone ethics from the scheduling person. They do NOT care if you do business with them or not and seem like they are irritated if you ask questions. As someone who purchased an entire boiler system from them to only be treated like trash and berated, I gladly give my current and future business to someone else. Good luck with the trash company.

I scheduled an appointment to have my furnace serviced. I work till three and the girl who scheduled it said they had someone who was working later shifts and could come between 4-6 pm but I would have to wait 10 days before he could come. I said great and scheduled. The day of the appointment the technician started calling me at 12:13 ready to come out. I was not able to answer the call (I was at work which is why I scheduled the later appointment). He called several times more and I was finally able to call him back to find out why he was calling so early. He was rude and told me that Apparently, no one works that late and the technician was going home. So my furnace wasn't serviced and I called the office they tried to blame me that I misunderstood and was given a range of time (that's true from 4-6 pm). I could have had someone else out to service my furnace by now!! I did not misunderstand the appointment time. My time is valuable and and they did not live up to their motto ""that they value their customers and we'll feel like family."" In fact, I was made to feel like it was my fault and I was the the problem for calling and complaining. A very dissatisfied and undervalued customer!

These guys are crooked and dishonest. Had what I thought was a quote coming, though they had logged it as a service call. With nothing to service, the tech promised me a quote for a boiler replacement and left. Mark at the office then immediately emailed demanding $130 for the ""service call."" His rudeness, lack of class and tact leave you feeling in need of a shower. End result is I will NEVER do business with Circle Plumbing, and suggest you do not either.

MY RATING IS 0, but I had to do one star to get this review on the map!!!! I WONT REFER ANYONE TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL COMPANY!!! Their customer service is CRAP!!!!!! I don't understand how they stay in business!! They don't follow through on the work they've ALREADY done!! If you need something done your asked for your credit card before work is performed!!! Who pays for service before it's rendered??? I TRUST, I NEVER WILL CALL THEM AGAIN!!! This is so NOT a good business savvy at all and they have the nerve to use Christian base for their business!! HOW DARE THEM!!! STOP THE LIE!! God Bless you for all the people you've done wrong!

Had the highest estimate on a simple install which took forever to get back to us. Customer service two thumbs down. Probably won't be calling these guys for any future jobs. Good luck circle plumbers

Customer service is lacking. Got an estimate over the phone and scheduled the work for a week out. Waited for an hour and a half before calling to discover that they had forgotten to get me on the schedule. Re-scheduled for another week out and guy shows up and does an estimate only. Could not perform the work, but offered to re-schedule for another time to actually do the work. Called to cancel all work because of the communication problems and their apparent lack of care for my time, and the response was ""OK, thanks."" Maybe they are good plumbers, but I'll never know.

STAY AWAY!!! Do not call them. They originally installed a water heater and boiler in 2010, our water heater went out 2017 which still had a warranty. they came in to install the new water heater, which took ALL day over 9 hours!! and tried to charge us $1500 for the service. after some complaints explaining that they did not express that to us, they dropped the rate. while they were there all day they were soldering and fixing pipes, which they did not clean up at all, even depleting the pipes which was all over my floor! After a week, we noticed no heat in the upstairs, called them again, conveniently it was a ""part"" that needed fixing, which cost us another $200, this place is a JOKE!!!

I called Circle on 10/13/17 because, I had a leaking pipe. The next day a plumber was sent to make repairs. He end up fixing the leak on the indirect loop, replaced backflow valve, circulating pump that was not circulating and a flange that was spraying water. Overall it cost me $771.00. 3 days later 3:00 in the morning, I was awakening by my nephew to find out that there was another leak and it looked like the valve for boiler had failed. The hot water was pouring out. I called Circle and notified them that there was another leak and mentioned that the plumber was just here 3 days ago. The individual I spoke to mention that they will send someone first thing in the morning. I called my work and told them, I was going to be late that I was waiting for a plumber. I waited for a call and no one called and I finally called the Circle around 9:00 am and ask if they were sending someone, because that's what I was told. She said that they really don't have opening and would put me on the waiting list for the next day in the afternoon. I mentioned that would have been nice to know that and I could have gone to work instead of wasting my time waiting for nothing. I had to shut my hot water off until repairs could be made. I went to work and happen to check my camera outside on my phone, I noticed there was a Circle truck parked on my driveway. Immediately called my mom and she said they fixed the leak. She also mentioned and that she told the plumber to call me for the payment. First of all, I never got a call from the company that they were sending someone over that day. I didn't get a copy of the bill. Until 10/30/17, my mom came home from her house and handed me a bill from Circle. Apparently they sent the bill to my mother home. They have my address and phone number on the bill, and the work was performed on my house. I wrote a letter on 10/31/17 disputing the bill and letting them know that if the system had been properly tested the inoperative or poorly functioning fill valve and relief valve should have been caught. I got a call from their service manager the same day and he said he understood, but if the plumber would have caught the problem it would have cost me the same amount. He made it sound like they saved me a bunch of money. Even though they billed me 1.4 hours, which costs $162.50 and the material was for $129.00. If the problem was caught in the first place, I don't the labor would have costs me that much. I asked him why the heck they will send the bill to my mom address. He said doesn't know that's the billing department. They take limited responsibility and they don't guarantee their work. After what I experienced, I would not recommend them to my friends and family.

I called Circle because my rental property had a leaking pipe. The next day a plumber was sent to make the repairs. He reported a pinhole. That same evening the tenant reported water pouring down like a shower. I called Circle immediately. The after hours plumber said he couldn't guarantee that he could make the repair and that I should call again in the morning. I did and the office said the plumber would be there between 10-12:00. He showed up at 2:00 and reported a one and a half foot split in the pipe and the need for a p trap for the upper level clothes washer. Repairs made. Then a couple of days later when the upper level tenant used the clothes washer the water began leaking again onto the lower level tenant. So, again (third time) a plumber was dispatched. He reported a 6 inch split in the pipe. He told me raw sewage poured down over him. I was horrified for him. He ordered a carpet cleaner to come. Later I discovered that it was never raw sewage but rather gray water and he was spoken to about saying raw sewage when he means gray water. Same plumber ordered a drain snake to be performed. In the end the leak seems to be repaired and all is good. I was in constant contact with the office about the billing etc... when the final bill was sent to me it stated after hour work was done when in fact there was never after hour work performed. Same bill stated that if I did not pay by the next day that the bill total would increase and I would be turned in to a collection agency. I called immediately to pay and was told that the sender of that email bill message had left early. I called the next day and was able to pay the bill. I explained that I am not used to receiving a first bill with threats of collection agency. It took three plumbers to make the repairs and then they treated me badly with the billing. I would not recommend them. So it turns out the plumber that finally stopped the leak failed to cap off the pipe. Over time stinky fumes started to emit from the repair area. The tenant was hesitant to report this to me as she is often late with rent and she was afraid of being a complainer. The stench eventually got so bad she finally had to let me know. I immediately had a drain cleaning company come over and he discovered the uncapped pipe. He capped it and resolved the problem. $135 bill. I sent the bill to Circle office staff. No reply. I left a message for Ken, the owner. No reply. They really should reimburse me for the $135 I had to pay for another company to cap the pipe that they should have capped. I feel bad for my tenant that she had to smell the stink.
