I was using the Venice Florida location to have my back flow re certified per order of the city. I worked with Laura. Laura screwed up my address, the plumber decertified the neighbors back flow and I paid for it. I called to complain and Laura flippantly blamed me and told me I was out of luck. I would have to pay again for the certification for my own valve. Then Laura hung up on me. I called and asked for the owner. The owner was even more rude than Laura. Eventually, they called me and told me it was their fault and that they would certify me today..... no apology. Just plain rude people. Do not use these people..... very rude and unhinged.....!

The team working at the Grove street site were talking loudly in the pre-dawn dark. 3.12.20. Please remind this crew that people are sleeping in the existing residence. There was a fire engine run at the same your and they weren't disturbing. Thanks for consideration.

I cannot recommend Circle Pluming highly enough. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and neat. We will definitely be using them again for any of our plumbing needs.
