We had Circle H Septic out on 02/25/2021 to pump our septic tank. The technician stated """"it may take awhile to pump your tank because they have to dig by hand due to their machine being down"""". The next communication from Circle H Septic was to tell us """"I got y'all fixed up my man"""" and we have this recorded on our ring doorbell. Nothing was stated to us to indicate that the job wasn't done in the full capacity we expected or that there were any issues with being able to pump our tank properly. We were under the impression that everything was fine, and we were good to go for another 3-5 yrs. Except, within a week we started to notice the yard around our tank was eroding and there were large holes forming (pictures attached). At this time, we reached out to Circle H because we felt like something was wrong. They came back out that following Monday and did not call beforehand/ring the doorbell to let us know someone was here to reevaluate our tank. We then got a call from the receptionist to inform us the lid was seated properly and that the tank was already full again and that most likely the bleeder lines needed to be replaced. We were told that if we wanted our tank re-pumped it would be another $500 and likely the estimate for replacing the bleeder lines is $6000 plus. We reached out to another company at this time for a second opinion. The second company utilized a backhoe to reach our septic tank, and then opened the lid to our septic and it was completely full of not only water but solids and sludge as well. They stated that most likely Circle H dug enough to put the hose in and remove the water from the tank and when the water was gone, and it quit sucking it left all the solids, sludge, and debris in our tank. They re-pumped our tank, which included removing all the solids, debris, and sludge left behind by the previous company. The second company took pictures along the way to document the process for us. When the second company came out, upon digging up the tank we saw where trash bags were laid over the seam where the tops meet. Now I cannot say for sure that they were put there by Circle H as a try to fix the gap in the lids but with how new they looked it is my best assumption. In an effort to resolve our concerns, we reached back out to Circle H, he admitted to not pulling the lid off and said they didn't due to the sprinkler lines. However, no one mentioned that to us at the time; in fact, the technician stated it happens quite often. The second company removed the lid to our tank with no issue. I honestly believe that my lid was not removed because the two men attempted to do our service by hand instead of using machinery. In addition to, on our receipt from Circle H it states that they did in fact remove both lids and that they pumped entire contents of tank. Our receipt states that they did work that the letter we received after our complaint states they did not accomplish. The tech never mentioned that he was not able to pump the entire contents of the tank or that there was any major or minor issue presented by my sprinklers or deck. Again, the technician only said, """"I got y'all all fixed up my man"""". Nothing was ever stated that there were any issues or reasons that my service should not have been 100% completed as expected. In the letter we received from Circle H after our complaint, they stated they did not accomplish previously said tasks such as, uncovered and physically accessed BOTH ends of the tank, checked the condition of the tank and baffles/tees for cracks, deterioration, or damage, and most importantly pumped entire contents of the tank. In our letter from Circle H, they said if we had any questions to contact Michael Hilton. We have tried to call and contact him, and left messages for him and our response from the receptionist, Susan was that we weren't going to be able to talk to him. She was unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with and basically told us good luck getting our money back. I urge anyone with issues to contact the Department of Health and file a complaint.

Horrible! Pumps thru the T-trap which will not allow the solids to come out. Refuses to refund any money. Won't return any calls. And charged me $200 above the average rate. Within 2 weeks had to get another company to complete the job correctly....Call Evans Septic.

Circle H more than exceeded both the professionalism and value of the services given! We needed concrete to be removed due to the previous homeowner extending our back patio right over the top of it! Once our tank was opened we also found roots growing inside. Although it was unfortunate for us in terms of rising costs, they were able to knock off a little on the price and expeditiously get the job done. Shane was more than knowledgeable at his job and answered any questions we had! To add to the entire experience, there was no thumb twiddling... they simply got the job done! I absolutely recommend Circle H to anyone needing professional septic services done right and fast!

They came on time and started the clean out. First they had to remove part of a brick pathway that went over the tank and they piled the bricks to the side. Their equipment left black marks on my driveway and I had to have it pressure washed to remove all the mud and black marks. If they have to remove any thing other than dirt to get to the septic tank they leave it all behind. They do not clean up. I had to get someone else to remove the bricks. The area around the septic tank was left spongy when you walked on it and they sent someone out to look at it but they did nothing to correct it. They also broke one of my yard lights which I found later in some bushes. Unless your septic tank is in a wide open space I would hesitate using these people,

I can't even begin to express how happy I have been with Circle H. Their customer service, knowledge, and dependability is unparalleled. They saved the day when the environmental health department didn't catch an issue, they will work all hours to get the job done, they are reliable and great to work with, and you can tell they really care about what they are doing and helping their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a septic system. You will not be disappointed with Circle H!

I wouldn't use anyone else. They replaced our drain field and quoted us the lowest price. The work was done right away and we couldn't be more pleased. Quality work, great customer service and honest pricing....
