It is really hard to describe how happy we are with the results of our bathroom remodel. John understands that the quality of the work reflects on the craftsman and thus ensures that everything he does is perfect. He's meticulous and methodical, and it shows in the results. He's considerate and strives to do his work with as little disruption to the home as possible.

The fact that they are a husband/wife team made this process even better. They were very patient during the design process, helping us select materials and understand the impact of each design decision.

A contractor becomes part of your home for the duration of the project. Since you're going to be in close quarters for several weeks, it's important to find someone who you feel comfortable with. I felt completely at ease with them and enjoyed having them around. Honestly, I'm a little sorry it's over.

They involved us at every step to ensure that there were no surprises at any point. As the remodel progressed, I learned to trust their advice and their guidance.

My remodeled bathroom is completely flawless. I can't recommend them enough.

I just recently had my downstairs kitchen, flooring and bathroom redone by Circle City Tile. We had a slap leak and needed to find a contractor to do the repairs. I got quotes from 6 company's and decided to go with Jon and HoneyBear from Circle City Tile. This was the best decision we could have made. They are a husband and wife team who love what they do and truly know their stuff. Ive always dreamed my home would look this adorable and they really helped us achieve it. I had many great conversations with them, they were so sweet and let me talk their ears off each day while finishing our project on time. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all my future projects

I called and left a message to John about our kitchen re-modelling project. I got a call back two days after and scheduled for Friday 5:00 PM per his schedule. I even sent message to his cellphone indicating the address and the appointment time. He supposed to call before he starts driving for this appointment on Friday 05/24/19. No call and no show. I called couple times and sent message that day after 5 if he was coming. He answered the phone at third call and said he totally forgot about this appointment. He also said he wants to call on 5/28/19 (after memorial day) and make appointment for another day. Today is 5/31/19, no call. I do not prefer to do any business with the people do not show up at their meetings and do not keep their words. We will not have him to do our kitchen re-modelling project.

We love these people! John and HB did our whole house remodel (3,000 square ft of flooring, two bathrooms and kitchen top to bottom) and through the process we became the best of friends. They do fabulous tile work, but their honesty and likability were why we hired them and came to love them! People dread the remodeling process with the necessary disruptions it causes but we actually looked forward to their arrival each morning! I had my Kitchen and Bathroom remodeled by circle city tile in 2005. The Bathroom was demolished down to studs and I had 12x12 granite tile countertops and back splash put in the Kitchen. Everything is still perfect after13 years.
We are going to remodeled and enlarge our Kitchen the first of next year and we will be using Circle city tile again. The Company is very professional. The clean up was perfect. I highly recommend this company. The Jones Family
