Ever was able to quickly respond to my request to see what was wrong with my water heater. Due to the age it needed to be replaced. He was able to get that done immediately. He text me updates as the job was being done. His communication and professionalism was amazing. I highly recommend!

I had an issue with my bathroom sink backing up. It shares a wall with the sink in the 2nd bathroom. The two sinks are connected to the drain via a T. Circle City Plumbing looked at it and said they can't snake it out because of the angle. The guy ""tried"" while I was in the other bathroom to see the snake just went from one sink to the other. I asked if the snake can be angled 90 degrees son it goes down the drain pipe instead of straight across to the other sink. He said that can't be done. They said they would need to pull the vanity from the wall, cut through the drywall, repair the pipe then replace the drywall and put the vanity back. The cost would be $1,395 (that was with a discount). I said I would get another opinion. Next day, a different plumber comes in, takes a look and said it's a basic job. The 2nd plumber bought out a snake, bent the tip and within 5 min the problem was solved. The sink works great!! Ran the water in both sinks with NO back up at all! I would not recommend Circle City because either they lack the ability to do what other plumbers consider basic, or they purposely inflate the size of the job and price. Either way, I'd steer clear

Called Saturday morning regarding a slab leak, the owner came by within a couple hours and took a look at the property. He looked at the water meter, shut off the water to the house investigating the issue. Decided it was in fact a slab leak. Their crew was at our house on Monday. The employees were all professional and very nice. They communicated effectively and immediately. The employees were clean and cleaned up after they were finished.
I highly recommend this business.

I discovered Circle City Plumbing via the OC Drains advertisement in the ValPak mailers. Coordinating with the scheduler was smooth and they accommodated my requests even after changes on my end.

Ever showed up right on time within the specified 1 hour window (as opposed to 4 hour time windows given by other companies.). He spoke professionally regarding the infiltration of roots and other build up in my drains and provided a very reasonable quote. He was very thorough with the camera inspection and very transparent about what needed to be done. We are budgeting for this expense now and will update this review when services have been completed. Looking forward to working with them soon.

My kitchen sink backed up last night. My husband did his best to clear the drain without any luck. While working on the drain we received a value pack in our mail and there was a flyer in there from Circle City Plumbing. I called and they said they could have someone here within the hour. Our technician Ryan arrived in less than an hour. He snaked the drain and cleared the clog. Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely nice. They honored the value pack coupon price without any question and did an amazing job. I will call them for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend Circle City Plumbing.

5 Star Quality!
I noticed water leaking from the wall in the laundry room and Circle City Plumbing and Rooter has some killer deals if you go to the website. They came on the quickness and discovered a broken water pipe. If it wasn't for Ryan I would have took my dad's advice and opened the main line to fish for a not existent clog. Not only did they diagnose the problem, but because we decided to explore our options with our insurance, a gentleman named Ever decided there was no need to charge for the visit. I have a feeling after the hassle with our insurance, we'll be calling them back for the repair. Much respect to this awesome business.

We once again had Ryan come out for a different issue. He was once again very helpful and thorough in his work. We thought we might have a leak from the toilet and Ryan was able to remove the toilet and inspect everything. Would highly recommend Ryan and Circle city plumbing and Rooter. It's also very easy to make an appointment with them as they are willing to work with your schedule.
